I ordered a pair of Men's shoes online, and for some reason, they never got shipped. Disappointed, I emailed the customer service department. They responded immediately, and went above and beyond to make things right. They got the shoes shipped immediately, and even threw in a few extra items to ensure we were satisfied. My husband received the shoes and absolutely loves them, the style and comfort level. The best part is that I didn't even realize the company is right up the coast from us, a local company here in Florida. Will definitely be buying more shoes in the future and will highly recommend the company to anyone who wants a quality shoe and exemplary customer service.

After inadvertently placing my first order, I immediately contacted vendor. Poor Customer Service unwilling to accommodate even a new customer very disappointed. Phone calls, go to a voice message and are never returned Keep looking Too many quality options available.

Wow. The shoes are awesome. They are comfortable, chic looking. The other component is the company went above and beyond with their customer service. I bought them for my brother in law with custom bearings and both packages were stolen from my building. They took care of everything instantly, getting me a new pair. My brother in law loves them! After he wore them my fiancée asked if he could have a pair, too.

Riomar is the Worst shoe ever! Both mine and my wife’s sqeek at just one year old. Will place this in a Google review. They are nice looking. But everyone can hear you coming. It’s almost laughable. Very disappointed.
