Marc and his team packed and shipped a very rare Mid Century floor lamp from Florida across the country for us. Communication was professional, friendly, and consistent. The packing job was WORLD CLASS with strong, clean boxes, plenty of foam peanuts and heavy bubble wrap. Each fragile (irreplaceable) glass piece was securely wrapped and packed in its own BOMBPROOF PACKING. Highly recommend this team for fragile and delicate items!

Great local run postal center where they know your name and are on top of everything and the clientele are not the type to keep a piece of mis addressed item. Highly recommend because the owner is always there along with multiple staff and will do everything they can to meet you needs

I called to get shipping information. The guy that answered was very rude. When I called back to complain, I found out they were under new ownership. The previous owner Marc and his employees were always professional and courteous to his clients. Will NEVER do business with this company again.

I stopped by for the first time today because they were thankfully the only shipping location open extended hours right now. I was able to email my shipping labels ahead of time so they could print and attach them for me which was a nice convenience. I had an extra item without a box that they were able to quickly package for me as well. I expected to have a long wait due to it being Christmas week, however, I was in and out in no time. I would recommend Postal Connections to others in the future

Incredible customer service, from start to finish!! I needed to ship six heavy (and sentimental) pieces of furniture from Florida to Indiana. Marc worked with me over phone and email to get an accurate estimate and settle the details. He and Kevin showed up when they said they would, professionally packed the furniture for freight shipping, and followed up after its arrival in Indiana. I can't say enough good things about their high level of customer service and attention to detail. If you need something shipped, this is the place to come. They care about a job well-done and it shows. Thanks Marc!!

Christmas time is always very crazy and stressful. Trying to find a place that is priced the best AND has great service, seems to be nearly impossible. I had a fantastic experience. My truck was full of gifts. I had an employee come out and help me carry in my package into the business. All three associates that were working were beyond fantastic. They helped me get everything shipped to North Carolina, and very friendly throughout the process. I have used them a few times before, but that is the only place I will ship anything from. Fantastic Experience.
