THIS IS ACTUALLY THE WORST GOODWILL!!!!
I am always supporting and donating goodwill weekly and today my mom and I stopped in. The biggest issue was the orange haired lady at the register. As we were being rung up my mom asked to keep the hanger that went to the winter coat she was purchasing. The lady said no and I asked her out of curiosity what the reason as to why we couldn’t keep it was. She then rudely said they ‘reuse them’. If the hanger is specifically made for the coat I think it’s wrong to not allow the hanger to be included with the purchase. The coat is designed for a strong durable hanger which now has to bought separately for no reason? It’s pretty sad that Goodwill’s employees are so miserable that they can’t treat customers with kindness. After all, Goodwill receives DONATIONS!!! Yet they sell everything in their store but it’s too much to let a hanger go I will never return or donate my clothes here again and trust me when i say… EVERY GOODWILL IS BETTER THAN THIS ONE!

Horrible customers services! Went there with my daughter and she found a pyjama pant . At the register the staff said there is no price tag on it so we can't sell it . I said the like pyjamas clothes are 4.99 or 5.99 so I can buy it for 5.99 because she really wants it. She said no tag we can't sell it . I said charge me 10$ I don't care , she said no ! I said can I see the manager I need a price I want to buy it . She said No no no no , no tag we can't sell it !!!! Horrible experience, bad customer service , no smile , please quit your job ! I am a customer who wanted to buy at your store , please don't talk to people like this !!

I found seven Michigan State tees while shopping. Must be quite a few people from the Great Lakes state living in town. XD This store is spacious and navigable. A plus is that their DVDs are available in store and not online, saving time.

Store was well stocked and organized. The problem was the people that are working there. I have been going to this place for years and never have I had a problem until this last time. The staff is very unwelcoming and rude. They seem miserable and are taking it out on customers. It’s not a nice shopping experience anymore.

I love this store because I find really good items. But this worker Regina is the rudest person to deal with. just a negative unhappy condescending person I hope she retires or gets fired very soon

Was just there 1pm on Sunday December 29th. They had one try on room available and kids were playing in it for the 30 minutes we were in the store while a line accumulated with people waiting to try stuff on. We left.

They literally get their merchandise for free so their profits are high. The place is filled with all the junk they didn’t list online. While walking thru the shop they had a prerecorded advertisement telling you to check out their online auctions. Goodwill is technically a non-profit but do some research about how much CEOs get paid. Don’t donate to them. There are non-profits that support local communities and special interest groups that could put the money they raise from your donations to better use. And why is the Goodwill located next to the Salvation Army?
