Was hoping to do a yelp review as well but couldn’t find it on there.

Went today to get 2 lattes and a chocolate croissant. Quality is amazing but the vibes of this coffee shop are off. Walking in it just felt so uncomfortable. Also it seemed like the workers didn’t want to be there.

I was having trouble finding what I was wanting and I felt like that frustrated the cashier clerk… there was no one else in line let me add. Just seemed like a lot of attitude and like mentioned, like she didn’t want to be there.

It was just a weird experience for the price you pay.. gave it 2 stars because quality and the decor is great but customer service…. No.

First time trying this place. My mocha latte with almond milk was very good though felt like hardly anything in the cup. My son’s iced butterscotch latte had no butterscotch flavor at all! Disappointed considering I tipped. It was obvious the order must have been made incorrectly but we were in the drive thru and had to run. I hate to throw money down the drain. Reconsidering ever tipping because you tip first and taste later. Makes no sense when at a coffee shop the taste is about the person preparing the order. Was looking forward to trying a coffee with butterscotch which we both love.

People at the drive through are clueless as to what is on their menu and what they actually provide. After two minutes of painstakingly trying to get through placing a order and reading exactly as it’s worded on their menu, we decided to drive off. Do not recommend this place.

Response- instead of asking everyone to send you an email. Why don’t you just read the review and adjust? Plenty of people have complained about the same thing. You don’t need an email to know what to do.

I've been there a few times through the drive through. The staff is pretty friendly and I feel welcomed. I love their peppermint latte they serve during the holiday season. Today I went through the drive through and I think they made a mistake with my coffee so I ended up waiting a little longer, it turned out okay they apologized and gave me a complimentary coffee for next time. So the awesome customer service will definitely get me to come back. One slip wouldn't stop me from coming back anyway. I love when a place takes care of their customers.🧡

Last night we came to get a coffee before a night shift. It was ten minutes before closing. We could not get the drink we wanted to get because the expression machine was turned off due to closing in “9 minutes.” I have always understood that after closing we clean and turn off machines. What’s the point to stay open ten more minutes if we don’t serve because we “want to go home earlier” and lose business. I was a regular, now I’m driving a block or two and will start giving my business to the Starbucks by target. Good luck with these operations.

Coffee was good and reasonable (Since coffee is so expensive these days)
I would not recommend getting the English muffin egg/canadian Bacon sandwich. It’s appearance they literally just microwave the whole thing. English muffin was not toasted. It was soft, The cheese just melted all off of the sandwich. We should have actually returned it, it was definitely not worth $6.50. (Or anything)

Cool place. Staff were pleasant enough but I have never had such a small Capuccino! I am not the tallest guy in the world but the bloody drink I was served with looked like it was made for a hobbit. Tasted OK but with a slice of banana bread, it was a pretty pricey visit for what it was as well. It’s a pity, because I have never been here before and was looking forward to it but, no, not again. Unless some of the cast of Lord of The Rings are with me.
