I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Trulieve in Vero Beach. While their product selection is decent, the customer service is consistently subpar. The staff seem disinterested and unhelpful, often lacking the knowledge to answer basic questions about strains and products, and annoyed with having a group of people on site wanting to purchase.
During my last few visits, I encountered employees who were borderline rude and dismissive. It felt like I was bothering them by simply asking for assistance. This lack of care creates a negative and unwelcoming atmosphere.
Furthermore, the service is incredibly slow. Even when the dispensary isn't busy, there's always a long wait. It seems like the staff prioritize chatting amongst themselves rather than assisting customers.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Trulieve in Vero Beach. Until they address their staffing issues and improve customer service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other dispensaries in the area that value their patients and provide a positive experience.

Nice place, easy parking, fast, helpful employees. I do have to mention two products I bought from this location were unusable/broken. Had to go out of town for the holidays, so couldn't make it back to a store to exchange product until two weeks later. However, the exchange was nice and easy for the most part. Just bad timing right before holiday trip. Get it, trip! Have a great day yaw!

M'eh! I was overcharged by $10 last time I went there. They have good sales deals and the staff is capable. Their biggest drawback is the tiny size of the store and the lack of parking. Because of that they make you wait outside until the place clears out and that really sucks in the summer because there is no shade in the parking lot and you are left out there to roast if you're walking or on a motorcycle. It's not Trulieve's fault, however. You can thank the city for not allowing them to set up shop elsewhere in Vero. I would check out their sales and specials, but otherwise I would go to Ft. Pierce.

Placed an order before close, forgot my id at home and had to run around to get it. Finally got it and got there 10 minutes before close and got turned away ..after finally mustering the strength to get up and go. And apparently I wasn’t the first either, or the last.. since when I went in I was told people have been turned away already (by the patients that got there “ in time “ ). I’m a medical patient. As were the two other cars that showed up after me. I have conditions that will continue to pain me, as do they. Kind of inconsistent and inconsiderate to say you’re open and actively denying patients pickups. I’ve never been to a business that turns people away while they’re still open, but maybe I’m in the wrong for that expectation… I hope closing right on time meant that much more to you than actively helping patients get their medication to function.

Horrible customer service! FYI: In the time I waited for my order outside, an unmarked police SUV circled twice and gave one Trulieve customer a parking ticket that I saw. Save yourself the trouble and harassment, go to Sebastian or Fort Pierce TL if u want to leave in a good mood.

I purchase each time for about 2 weeks, I went to Sebastian truelieve cause vero was closed,just opened a hybrid "nitro dream". No seal, weight 2.7, this is not the first time that they've already been opened and short of the specified weight. Y'all got a thief within truelieve. Guess I have to just use vero truelieve, cause it cost to much to be light with weight or is it just a scam?

Twice now I've gotten ALREADY OPENED CANNISTERS. This one is a gram short. Are your employees stealing? Why is this even happening? This is ridiculous.

If anyone sees this, go to AYR in fort pierce instead. They're way nicer, better parking, faster wait times, they don't SCREW YOU OUT OF PRODUCT BY GIVING YOU ALREADY OPENED CANNISTERS.

Since I was right around the corner,working in the area. I checked online to see if they had ground flower in stock,which they did. I was less then 3 minutes away, therfore, I didn't place an online order. I simply went into the store as a walk in. I was told they had it, but the only way I could purchase it was to step out of line and place an online order and then wait for it to be filled. Horrible customer service!!!
