I love this store. I recently purchased a bed, nightstands, 2 chairs and end tables. All very beautiful unique coastal pieces. The prices are very reasonable and the owners and staff are wonderful and very helpful. They helped set up the delivery and everything arrived in pristine condition. We couldn’t be happier.

Great store for completely furnishing or adding to your decor. We were very pleased when our daughter-in-law introduced us to this spacious store, that is fully stocked with quality used and new furniture.
Cecil and Diana, the owners, have a very friendly, warm kind of southern charm. Everyone at the store is helpful and ready to accommodate customers. When I reported that we were having trouble with one of the electric recliners we bought in 2018, Cecil came to our house and fixed it. He discovered and reattached a power cord that probably came loose from our Robot floor vacuum.

My husband and I moved to Vero Beach about 4 months ago. We practically furnished our home from this store. They stock very nice furniture and decor. However, the owners really don't care about their customers, especially wife. She is so RUDE!!!
I ordered a can (quart)
of Farmhouse paint thru Lisa, who is always pleasant and helpful. She called me when it came in and stated in her voicemail thst she has it behind the desk with my name on it. I went to the store a couple days after her voicemail to pick it up and was informed that the owner (wife) had sold it to another customer. I was told by the owner (husband) that the problem was because Lisa didn't put my name on it. (BS). He then called the wife at their other store in Stuart, asked her to bring it home and he would have it the next day with my name on it; which he wrote in the special order notebook. I returned the next day to pick it up and was again informed that it was sold to another customer. So again, they called the STUART store for another can. I once again went to the store to pick it up and was then told by Lisa she gave it to another customer. I was completely shocked. She said she was having dinner with workers from the Stuart store that evening and would bring it back with her and have it Monday morning.
Low and behold, I stop by Tuesday after work and Lisa goes out back to get the paint and comes out with a very small jar, not the quart I ordered. I asked what that was and she replied "your paint". I said I ordered a quart. She then began to tell me she told me on Friday all they had was a small one to which I was supposed to know was 1/8 the size I wanted. Needless to say, I didn't take it. 4 times they couldn't give a rats behind about me as a customer who has spent a pretty penny in their store. They did t value my time or value me a a loyal customer.
I will NOT ever buy another thing from them, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
This business is all about the dollar and they all need to polish their customer service skills.

Love this store! I furnished my house from here and they were so helpful! They were able to order my kitchen set from a manufacturer at a great price too! Everyone from the owners, to the salespeople and even the delivery men were so nice and professional! Thank you to Denise who never gave up looking for that perfect couch! I love it!

I have purchased furniture and accessories from Cecil in the past. We recently had a very disappointing experience. He had a desk to sell but the key did not work. We told him how to fix it and asked that he give us a call once it was done and we would make the purchase. I visited the store today and found that the desk was "fixed". The price was increased and we did not receive a call. Needless to say, I left the store without making a purchase and I will not return. Not at all a good way of doing business.

The woman that runs the store is rude and nasty. I wanted a price on two barstools and was told $159. Because they were scratched, dirty and one of the legs needed the piece that touches the floor, I asked the salesgirl if the owner would take $100 for the two. I heard the owner say "no tell her to go to Goodwill those chairs are $249". The saleslady was very nice and she was embarrassed for me.

Poor customer service. We bought a sleeper sofa from Diana. We inspected the sofa upon delivery and everything seemed in order. Due to Covid, we did not have any visitors in 2020. In 2021, our first guests used the sleeper sofa and they pointed out the the foot of the bed is a few inches higher then the head. I contacted the manufacturer, they said it was the responsibility of Some Old Some New (SOSN). When I contacted SOSN, Diana was all onboard saying we will get the manufacturer to resolve this, they are a custom manufacturer.... She even said I will come by your house to take a look. Now all of the sudden she says you have to deal with the manufacturer directly. BOTH are pointing the finger at each other and no one takes responsibility. If you are wondering, the manufacturer is Capri.
