Nice clean store. A lot of product in the middle of the store makes the store seem cramped and congested. Good selection of clothes, but not much outdoor gear. Staff was friendly, but did not seem particularly eager to help.

I went here the other week and the place is really clean, got good products. Could finally find a hat that I knew my dad would like. Best part was no one really talked to me that worked there. Unlike everywhere else where everyone is forcing themselves to talk to you. I liked being able to go in there without having to worry about taking my earbuds out. I go places to shop and do business not socialize with the workers. Great experience overall and checked out pretty quick from getting to the counter. Since the workers aren’t socializing with customers they can actually get to me when I need them and not feel like I’m being ignored.

Being from NC this was the first place we visited from NC and we have to say we are glad we did. They have Yeti products, towels, clothes shoes and so much more. If you love the outdoors as much as we do then this place is for you!

Today was my 2nd and last time I will ever go to this store. Both times I’ve stopped by I’ve never had any employee acknowledge me or ask if they could help. Today 1-14-24 at noon I was looking and the girl working walked right in front of me and never said a word. It was maybe 3ft between me and the shelf I was looking at. It was no hey how are you, excuse me or anything. The guy at the counter never said a word either. I guess when you get hired here they feel like they are better than everyone haha! I hope your brands keep selling themselves your customer service sucks!

Two of us went in to try on some On Clouds. We had so many different questions and wanted to try on several styles in different sizes. The store associate Abby was extremely helpful and kind. While we were there several more people walked to the shoe section and needed her help. She handled it very well and never acted like we were asking for too much. It was very refreshing. 10/10 would recommend shopping here, especially with the help of Abby! 🙂

The place is a hidden gem that should really be better known. The store was clean, the staff was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and very friendly. Offered to take the products I was buying to the counter for me so I didn't have to hold it while shopping. It was also a breath of fresh air that an employee took the time out to unpack an expensive Helinox chair I was looking at purchasing, set it up for me and explained the differences of the other options. They also have a large selection of products. I have already made purchases on a few different occasions and will continue anytime I need anything else.
