Not surprised they are closed. The lady that was at the front was very rude and not friendly. We sent multiple pictures of what we wanted for our Pooh Bear cupcakes. 24 cupcakes for $100 I would expect much more than what we got. Hopefully, they learned that bad service and bad products are not sustainable. Buh-bye!

Wonderful! The owner is kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I wanted to get a sweet treat for my students and she made sure that my experience was special, being careful to kindly ask what each student liked and matching that flavor profile to what she has.

Not to mention the cupcakes I ended up getting were out of this world amazing! The kind of cupcakes that are good all the way to the bottom, and each crafted to look neat and special. Keep up the good work! I can't wait for my next visit. 🙂

Sweet creations never disappoints. I've had a variety of cupcakes and cakes made from sweet creations and everything is delicious and fresh and affordable. My experience started off with trying to find someone to take care of a baby shower years ago. And the first bite that I took of one of the cupcakes sent me all the way back to my childhood from when I used to bake and make my frosting from scratch. I've been hooked ever since. And every event that requires cupcakes or a cake in my house comes from no other place!

Truly disappointed. Ordered a custom cake and cupcakes for my sons high school graduation and when I arrived to pick up the order at the prearranged 3:00 pm pick up time scheduled weeks in advance, the cake was not ready. It was a blank canvas and I was told “time got away from her” asked to “come back in 30-minutes to pick it up”. When paying for a CUSTOM cake no one expects the details of the custom decorating to be only a 30 minute job - that is not the quality you are paying for. I can get a much cheaper cake at one of the grocery store bakeries with that level of quality. I opted not to go back and pick it up, and luckily the cupcakes I ordered to go with the cake were ready so I at least had those for the party. However the cake was meant to be the big surprise for my son and focal point, so I was disheartened not to have it, but I rathered to have nothing than something rushed and poor quality.
The cupcakes weren’t anything amazing and my guests asked if I made them...didn’t seem like a professional bakery quality.
I will chalk this up to a bad day, as I have ordered previously and had a good experience, but I will be cautious using her again. As it turns out, the reason time got away from her is that she had a wedding that day that she prioritized over my order which was placed first. So my word of caution is to make certain that you follow up on your order and leave extra time before your event (I did not) to ensure the product is ready. And since I am rating her low, I do want to be sure to mention that she did refund the cake and stand rental which I do think was fair, hence the 2-star rating and not a 1-star.

I am editing my review and rating to 1-star based on my follow up interaction with Lauri, the owner. I followed up regarding my promised refund as it wasn’t showing up on my credit card statement and during that interaction Laurie rudely said “she was done helping me based on my review” posted here and hung up on me. Again, another disappointment in her customer service. While it isn’t great to have a poor review, I was completely FACTUAL in my review and even indicated that I had a prior experience that was better and that she was fair in handling this transaction. It is unfortunate that she cannot learn from this constructive feedback and wouldn’t want to earn my business back by handling this professionally. When in business you must be willing to accept criticism for your work and take responsibility when you don’t perform as expected.
As another note, as I read through some of the prior reviews, this was not the first time this has happened, as another customer also left a similar review.
Unfortunately I paid $280.70 for poorly made cupcakes..no custom cake for my sons graduation, and at this point have not been refunded as promised. Based on this last interaction I will NOT use this bakery again or recommend them to anyone.

I am an unabashed fan. I have ordered a variety of excellent cakes over the past year, not to mention the alcoholic cupcakes which are really spectacular. This is a wonderful, locally owned business that is a "no-brainer" to support. Keep up the great work.

I wasn't impressed. We were shopping for my daughter's wedding cake and the cakes at this place seemed to be at least 60% frosting. She wouldn't do a cake the way we wanted on tiers and claimed that "nobody does that anymore" trying to sell us a stacked cake when my daughter specifically wanted columns. We went to another baker who did exactly what we wanted and it was beautiful, columns and all.

Insanely rude!!! Made my daughters bday really awkward. She did apologize for being rude but it was not necessary given the the current climate of things. A real life experience for my daughter that ppl are RUDE and it doesn't matter why. Im upset that I paid 54 dollars for a bday cake and was treated with sarcasm and disrespect!!!. Had my child not been with me, I would not have bought the cake and said a few more things.
