Great clothing store for the large woman. Their sizes start at 10 and go up to 30. Their clothes always fit so we'll. Great employees ready to help too!!

I think the most refreshing thing about the store was that every employee had a great attitude. They were all willing to help with anything we needed when we visited. I always thought Torrid was strictly plus sizes, but they had a lot of M/L tops that I could choose from. Go see Melodi or Philonese. Or see anyone they are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Realistically you would think they would know their sizes but it seems if you're 'fat' they know they have sizes, but I'd you don't look it, they won't help you even though you can find many items in their shop that fits, without their help.

The ladies working today (9/14) were so unbelievably kind and friendly.. to the point where I didn’t even know their store had already closed! They stayed open late because of me and they never held it over me, and still made the entire checkout process fun! I really appreciated the above and beyond service!!!

I love this Torrid. Stephanie is always great and always helpful. She told me about the clearance having a sale she also suggested some things I should get. The atmosphere is always so smooth and easy going. And they always say the best music. I found some amazing things to wear so I'm super excited about that.

Service lady was great and very sweet. Got my returns and exchanges and new items in a timely mannor and even stayed a few minutes passed time to help me finish up. Had good sales in store but definitely not as much variety as online.

Great experience for my wife and I. With our 50th wedding anniversary looming, my wife was looking for a new dress in her size, to wear to our party/vow re-newal ceremony. We had gone to all the big box stores in town, with no success! Decided to look for a smaller, more personal type of dress shop, and found Torrid on the net. When we arrived, the clerk on duty was Angela, who is also the manager at the store here in Mobile, Alabama in the mall. She really impressed us both with her personal service, interest, kindness, knowledge, and attention to my wife's needs! She found her a dress that wowed her and fit her! You will never get her service in any big box store! Angela, we both thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and caring you gave my wife during a stressful period of searching for just the right outfit! You have earned a new customer!
