We stopped by the try this little hidden place out. To be honest the food was ok but we packed it up for later. There are two types of food. Good food freshly made and awesome cold leftover food that is amazing. After a few hours in the pool we busted open the plastic bag and devoured all of the food. It hit the spot. The fried oreos were great fresh and cold.
Not all cold food is good to eat but this place gets 4 stars because it was leftover heaven.

Went here today! Drove alllll the way from Jacksonville and it was worth the drive! We ordered the blooming onion, fries,funnel cake, corn dogs and lemonade…

The blooming onion was perfection!!!! The corn dogs brought back the nostalgia of going to the fair as a child down to the crispy fried pieces of corn bread at the bottom of the stick!

The fries were cut potatoes (real potatoes) and you get a decent amount for the price….

Now let’s talk about this funnel cake. Due to some technical difficulties the oil took a while to heat up. He was more than friendly and while we waited we chatted about Jacksonville and about the events that were taking place at the Hawthorn Racetrack this weekend. We were even give a few deep fried Oreos as he apologized for our wait.

Once it came up it was fresh and hot and tasted like the fair!! Over all the trip was well worth it!

If I have only one complaint is was that they should add just a little more sugar to the lemonade😂😂😂😂😂😂.

Prices were fair and good (especially compared to the actual prices at the fair)

I would definitely make the drive back down there!!!!

I saw some nitwit is trying to make this place "trend". Please don't waste your time or $$. I was really excited to stuff my face after dropping almost $40 on a variety of menu items and YUCK. All the food tasted outdated and like it was cooked in old oil. I really wanted to think I scored some great find but it just doesn't cut it. I had to post a warning when I saw someone trying to make a name for themselves by recommending this place. Shame on you for misleading people. The owner was very nice bit the quality just isn't there. Sorry

Absolutely great food every time we stop. Gator bites tender and delicious, fried shrimp seasoned perfectly but my absolute favorite is the potatoes slices🤤. Customer service is always excellent and quick. I definitely recommend everyone to stop and try the amazing foods they have.

This is in response to the person claiming to have stopped at this restaurant a few hours ago. I live in Waldo and It has been closed since the last hurricane. I'm not sure how you stopped there to get food to stuff your face with. 🤔 maybe the pictures were eaten? Not sure, but impossible to get food from a business that's not even open and to post a negative review?🤣

Just stopped in on our way north on vacation. So many choices and I am sure you can't go wrong. We ordered fried shrimp, cheese curds, and mushrooms and all were fresh, hot, and delicious. We will stop in anytime we are up this way! Highly recommend!

Food was terrible. Fries were cold and not done. Hamper was blah. Chicken strips were not bad. Coke was flat. Place outside looked like a dump. We went there based on reviews being good. But we were very disappointed.

Exactly what I needed. A local spot with great food and great service. They are so nice, bathroom was clean, and my ham and cheese omelet was five stars. They didn’t have coffee but instead made me a delicious mocha.
