Regency neighborhood center anchored by Publix and out parceled by CVS and PNC Bank. Well kept but not much of a variety of shops to accommodate the Publix. Reasonable ingress/egress, parking is sufficient, supporting stores health is about a b-. It’s a needed store for the area and should experience growth as Oslo continues it’s western expansion towards 95.

Went to the Davillas pizza place here. I will never go back there again. The water there tasted like mold and mildew. They ran out of Ice Tea, with no water bottles. Only one girl there is a waitress. She did the best she could by herself. The pizza 🍕 was so greasy. YUCK.

Great little strip mall with Publix as the center stone.They have many small food establishments from Chinese food, Mexican food , nice Pizza Italian place, Korean BBQ.
They have a Liquor store and a CVS for your antacids if you had too much fun. Go support your local economy.

Publix Supermarket: Clean, well stocked. Helpful, friendly employees. I had injured my shoulder earlier that day and was holding a small ice pack on it while shopping. I purchased a variety of energy drinks. The man at the register must have seen me rolling my shoulder and cringing. He asked if I needed help getting the bags to my car. I'm a 47yr old female in decent shape and would normally say no. But I thought about it for a second and said yes. He went to get another employee to assist me. This guy was very friendly! I didn't feel silly asking for help. We even joked about it. It was a pleasant experience that really made my day!
