First time renting an apartment in Viera, we sold our house and are building another one and needed to rent. Miriam was so very helpful and showed us around, is very communicative in answering questions and this was an easy and stress free move in!! We love the apartment and the amenities and everything is kept beautifully clean. I have already recommended Azul to my friends and will continue to do so! Above and beyond our expectations!!

I just recently moved here, and it has been amazing! Miriam was my leasing consultant and she was an angel, and very knowledgeable about the complex and answered any questions I had. Very quiet place with friendly residents, and it is always up kept which is great! My boyfriend and I love it here.

The staff here is so helpful and kind. The apartment complex itself is very clean and kept up. The maintenance staff fix things in a timely manner and very professional. Dana has been so helpful when dealing with moving from one unit to another. She always answered my questions and would get back to me very fast. It’s only two buildings which makes the amenities close and walkable. Great place to live!

Love this place. The management does an excellent job making it feel like a community with events and food trucks. Always clean. Great dog park, garden, pond. Definitely worth a look. New Publix around the corner the nicest one I’ve ever seen

I am enjoying the location of the complex due to it being so close to shopping, resturants and the interstate. The staff , Dana and Miriam are very helpful and attentive making living here comftable and easy to address any concerns. The compex is well maintained and a joy to come home to .

Wonderful apartment complex. The Community Manager (Miriam), is attentive, thoughtful, responsive, and accommodating. The whole front office staff is also great. Highly recommend for anybody looking for a professionally managed place to live in the greater Viera area.

I have partially enjoyed living at Azul for the past year. I like the location, security (key fob entry) and the amenities are great. However, the amount of maintenance issues I have had just in one year of renting is outrageous. I own a cat and several times I have come home from work or a trip to the A/C being out in 98 degree weather which I find unacceptable. The maintenance team is for the most part quick to respond to issues, but that does not make up for the fact that I have to contact them every week. I have had recurring problems with nearly every appliance. I have brought this to management’s attention, and it has been ignored. Wish that they took better care of the units and replaced things that don’t work properly instead of letting maintenance requests pile up.

This is an update from my first review from when I moved into Azul at Viera. I have decided to renew my lease and I am very happy to be living at Azul at Viera. I have lived in many complexes and I can honestly say, as to date this has been the best complex I have lived in. Azul at Viera is a beautiful complex it is well kept, maintained and clean.
Azul is close to all shopping areas and I-95 and the area is developing, a new Publix has just been completed in walking distance of the apartment complex, which makes it very convenient when one no longer drives..
