Legit living room setup from Best Buy I spent $2,250ish for 3 50 inch Screens and a Lenovo Legion. The pioneer 50 inch tvs were $200 a pop that's insane!

I would give ZERO stars. I was returning an unopened remote. Was told since unopened they could honor the return outside of the 14 day policy. When the manager came to sign off on it he refused. And then when I said I did not want a store credit he said “would you rather have the item?” RUDE. Yes I was outside the return window BUT after being told it was fine and then declined by this manager Josh I am needless to say a little miffed. I will not be returning to the store to shops again.

Very personable manager helped find and explain product I was looking for; however it didn't work with my device so I had to return it. Had to locate a sales person to help find the correct device on my return visit which took longer than I expected. But salesperson was helpful when found.

Wouldn't keep up with its sales off of one of my apps. It showed $24.99 for an air fryer they had. The manager said they weren't a part of Best Buy, i said you have the name outside. He wanted $29.99. Total him he could keep it. I wasn't trying to cheat anyone. I drove a good distance to get it and disappointed. I was thinking about putting this on Facebook so they could read.

HORRIBLE MANAGER !!

I went to this Best Buy on 08/27/2024 to buy two laptops, one for myself and the other one for my wife. After browsing the laptops on display, we had some questions so I let the young manager (the guy with the curly hair) know that I need assistance. After that we waited 30 more minutes and no one came to assist us. During this time, I saw the same manager assisting other customers who came after me.

Frustrated we decided to leave. On my way out I saw the manager, leaning against a large tv and chatting with another person.

I find this behavior unacceptable and I think he behaved like this because I am a person of color and my wife wears a hijab.
I went to this Best Buy so many times but I am not going there again.

Amazing employees. Brought my laptop for warranty aftet the screen stopped working and couldn't find my purchase proof. The employee there took their time to find it and geek squad was awesome.

Ok! The customer service is OK.
The geek squad is NOT good at customer service. They will cuss / talk about other customers/ and start helping u, then STOP, and start helping somebody else…..I do absolutely no business with BestBuy Because how unprofessional The Geek Squad Department is.
The prices for the phone cases/ TVs / Laptops are OUTRAGEOUS!!! Like I’m literally looking at the same tv (same box and Same pictures on the front) and the TV was $500 MORE than what Amazon/Walmart/Target….I don’t understand. The ONLY reason why I come here is because when it come to repairs, APPLE was send u here every time. Or they will tell u the closest is in New Orleans and which is why I just sick it up and come here but if it was another location. I would not come here AT ALL
