Adorable consignment shop with many designer options in an array of sizes. Teresa was exceedingly helpful and encouraging during my visit. She even stayed to help me after her store’s closing hours. The prices are comparable to what I paid for prom dresses in Birmingham nearly ten years ago. I was please by this last minute shopping trip.

Such a nice store! It's set up super cozy and feels like a fun place for a girl's day. I also can't believe the prices on the designer items. It's very well-priced. Owner was super nice and offered items similar to ones I'd already picked out. Like having a personal shopper! I'll be back for sure. Baffled by the negative review of this place.

We went in there today and I’m not sure if it was the owner or someone she hired working the front desk. We walked in and my mom asked if she had shoes and she replied with “yea, in the store”. Okkkkkay. Then I mentioned I was looking for a dress and mid sentence trying to tell her what I was looking for, she just walked away. Okkkkkay. We decided to leave bc she was rude. On the way out I said to have a nice day and she just mumbled hmmm while looking at her phone. My mom said goodbye as well and she didn’t bother looking up or answering. Will never go there again.

*** Owner chased us out of the store saying she had a gun! *** Earlier this week, I went to the store with an out-of-town family member, looking for a party dress.
The lights were on in the window, merchandise was displayed outside the entrance of the porch, and the door was unlocked. We entered and made ourselves know by saying hello. We hear someone say something in another room farther back in the store, so we say hello again. The owner comes out, yelling at us to not go any further because she has a GUN! We retreat immediately and say we assumed she was still open. She yelled that there is no sign on the door saying that she is open, and I reply that there also is no sign saying she is closed. Needless to say, we won’t be back!

Teresa is kind and welcoming. She has an incredible collection of gorgeous clothing. The dresses for prom etc… are out of this world, with great prices.

*** EXTREMELY RUDE OWNER**

After being a loyal customer here for 2 years—- i was given a store credit a few months ago.
I came in to the store, immediately checked with the owner that it was still good- she agreed. I admitted that it was a few months old but was grateful- her demeanor drastically changed and she said “that’s not Cool, that’s not how we play around here but sure go ahead, shop away”

I mentioned that i spent 300$ that day, returned 1 or 2 items … but she insisted that it wasn’t “cool” of me to return to her shop and use the money I HAD ALREADY GIVEN HER.

A minute later the owner returns to me asking “why i have an attitude.” I reiterate to her my stance and utter confusion as an expiration date of store credit was not given- she snaps at me “you can’t just not come in here for months then waltz back in here to shop, put your things down and get out im calling the cops”

I wish i didn’t have other obligations to get to on my 1 day off, i would have stayed and let the cops come so I could get my $$ back.
Extremely disappointed. Stay clear of this rude, wishy washy owner.

Litterly the worst shop of Pensacola. Not only does this store pull weapons on people, ignore there customers, and unreasonable prices but it’s not clean! You can see the bedroom from the desk!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Very cute and cozy store, but I have to disagree with a previous post regarding the reasonable prices. I found the prices to be a bit high for the brands. Just my opinion.
