Customer service was okay. Managers actually stepped up to help out bag grocerys good job. While there. I used the men's bathroom this was a little dirty but the cleaning lady Debbie was there to clean . Good job Deb . All in all four stars.may I suggest the bathrooms be cleaned more often then usually. I would definitely go back. Keep up the cleaning and sanitizing.

Excellent Customer Service experience today from store Manager Andrew. I live in Chicago and order food for my 94 year old father who lives in Vero Beach. There was a problem with the original order so Andrew took charge, personally picking my items for me and processing the order. That isn't his job. He took it upon himself to go over and above to make sure I was a very satisfied shopper and that my father had the food he needs. Thank you Andrew!

This is by far the dirtiest Publix I’ve ever been to in my over 30 years of life. This location has an ant and cockroach problem that not only is completely out of control, but has been out of control for over a year. They have a bug guy that comes, but they do not do nearly enough to mitigate this problem. There are roaches and ants on every surface everywhere you look in the store. They are aware of the problem however the problem is so bad it requires much more than just one bug guy. They really need to tent the whole building and fumigate, but it’s too humiliating for them to accept this fact, so they’ve let the problem get worse and worse with each day. Please do not buy food from the store until Publix finally addresses this problem.

Remains one of the better Publix in the area but the whole chain has tanked, just like most businesses. Associates at Publix ten years ago were top notch, not so much anymore, some still helpful, others seem distracted and irritable. Often out of stock on sale items. Also despite prior complaints this store continues to allow non-service pets in to wander around on a regular basis. I love pets but 9/10 dogs I see in this store are obviously pets with fake (or no) "support animal" vests on. The store does nothing to address this. Multiple staff walk by, some even stop to pet the dogs. Hello!! Like living in a third world country. Very sad and frustrating.

Very nice Publix. Modern, fresh food, clean, and very nice staff. The newer shopping center is easy to enter and easy to exit. Parking is excellent. Inside it has a deli, produce, pharmacy, and a customer service department. Everything is well marked. This is my favorite Publix in the county.

Filled with ultra processed food! Check the labels on the baked goods, full of unrecognizable ingredients. "Greenwise" does Not mean organic, look for USDA organic label specifically. Shop the perimeter! There's no independent evaluation of green wise products. Lots of product inventory if you look/shop carefully.

Very nice store. Clean, well stocked. If I can't find the item in my smaller closer Publix, this store has it.
