You wouldn't think this was a bookstore when you walk in there, because there are barely any books for sell in the store. Apparently, at this bookstore you have to order them online and wait to pick them up. It's a good possibility that they won't have it in stock and you'll be waiting even longer, making you fall behind in class.

I'm not sure if the bookstore is owned and operated by PSC, but the organization of it all is really poor. Many times you go to get your books and for some reason their system doesn't show you have the funds, but the finance department says you do. The lady who works the online orders seems really nice and really overworked, like she could really use some help. Trying to reach anyone on the phone is nearly impossible.

I'm not the only who thinks this way. Many of the other students are having the same issues and the instructors are also tired of it. This seems to be an ongoing problem and it is impacting the courses. I've attended other colleges and never ever have gone through so many hoops just to get books for class. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Their website lets me select my classes and order textbooks that way, plus my book stipends are available to pay online! You can either have your order delivered or you can pick up at whichever campus you're ordering from.

I bought a watch from there for class and wore it to wash my hands. It clearly says "water resistant" and yet it got condensation in the lens. I started wearing it just once a week for school but the watch did stop working. They refused to give me a refund with my receipt and within the 30 days I purchased by it.
