The customer service sucks! I had a ring made which I loved however he never contacted me to tell me it was finished. I really wish I would have spent all that money with a different jeweler! I tried to have him order other rings and still haven’t heard from him honestly take the time to leave town to find somewhere else, Because this place is slow as molasses and doesn’t respect you, unless you have a certain last name clearly! I’ve been to several jewelry stores since and got what I was looking for in two weeks compared to the 8months it took for this place to get my ring made and then not contact me to even say it’s done!

Had my wedding ring and band brought in to have them brought down a size. Heartland Gold did an incredible job! The soldering job is flawless and the size is perfect. They polished it up and got it looking brand new. I will most definitely be returning for anything I need.

I’ve had several pieces of jewelry repaired here and am pleased with how everything came out. I had taken one piece to several jewelers who said they couldn’t do anything to help me, yet heartland gold was able to do an incredible job and made an otherwise unwearable piece something that can finally be worn and shown off again! Great prices, exceptional work, and an all around good experience! Will definitely continue to be a loyal customer.

My rings have never looked so good! I dropped them off for resizing, and they fit perfectly. While resizing, they did a close inspection and fixed loose diamonds and broken tips. A bit on the expensive side compared to my old jeweler, but you really do get what you pay for.
I would definitely use again.
