If you want a nice experience with friendly staff this is the place, Landon was exceptionally professional and thorough and explained everything as we went through the process of buying our used vehicle. We are very pleased with the service and the vehicle that we received. I feel like they went above and beyond with their customer service, even filling us up with gas every time we needed to come there for something small. I really appreciate the time and effort they took to make sure that our experience was nice.

If I could rate them a minus 5, I would. I dealt with a salesman Arthur Jennings and a manager over the course of 3 days to make a deal, check financing options, set up shipping since I live out of state, and work out all of the remaining details. I told them I would be purchasing the vehicle outright after I wanted to see what the financing options were, and to let me know if there was any other interest in the vehicle I was buying (2008 Hummer H3), and I would put down a deposit immediately. They strung me along for THREE DAYS, ran credit checks through multiple financing companies, my credit score dropped 27 points in ONE DAY. Arthur was asking me questions about finalizing financing at 12:30pm, and by 4pm he was sending me a message telling me that someone local had just purchased the vehicle and sorry for any inconvenience! This dealer is SHADY you should RUN, not walk, away. I've purchased approximately 30 cars over the past 25 years. I was absolutely shocked how this Chevrolet dealer chooses to do 'business'. They were running my credit for a deal I finalized the day before while they were selling the same vehicle out from underneath me! Then when I responded to their final message, crickets. Completely ignored. STAY AWAY

Was a very easy process purchasing the car but I don’t recommend getting gap or a warranty through this dealership . My car was totaled in nov 2024 . I was forced to drive an hour away to cancel the warranty because they stated it had to be done in person . I cancelled the warranty back in Dec and was told it would take 6- 8 weeks for my refund to be sent out. It has now been 12 weeks and nothing has been sent . For the last month I’ve reached out every week just for them to tell me “I’ll receive a call back”. And THEY NEVER ACTUALLY CALL BACK I guess just an excuse to rush me off the phone . This is very unprofessional and ridiculous.

run do not walk do not buy a vehicle from this dealership if you plan to refinance. i bought my vehicle back in April of 2024, refinance in sept of 2024 and was supposed to be issued a check for $1100 for my GAP cancellation that is supposed to be issues by the dealership, not the GAP lender. it is February and I have still not received the money that is owed to me. It has been an ongoing battle for months now trying to figure out where my money is at. Clarence in the finance department was a nice and respectful guy in the beginning, I had no issues at all purchasing my vehicle from them but I have been back and forth with them since before thanksgiving and every time I call I am told that they will send a message out and get back to me, not one time have they reached back out I have always been the one that has to call and see what's going on. Clarence will speak to me like I am a child yet will speak to my mother and stepmom like he has no care for them or what they have to say. I have had nothing but careless attitudes for months trying to get this sorted out and I am told the same exact thing every time from multiple different people. It is extremely frustrating and no way to run a business. I knew car dealerships were shady but this is a different level of just absolute disrespect of my time and my business

Awesome service! Had vehicle towed in late on Saturday night. Not to mention we were 1.5 hours from home. Received call first thing Monday morning, with diagnosis. Major work done and vehicle back home on Tuesday afternoon, with less cost then first estimated.

Shady two years ago.... Shady today. I've been waiting over a week to purchase a particular vehicle. Every day a new excuse. Price was agreed on and now I'm getting the run around. When confronted, the salesman went ghost.
