We Love Weeki Wachee. We Love it even more with all the cool things we used from Weeki Wachee Outdoor Center. they everything we could imagine to make our time on the water and at the river even more fun. And they have great prices. And they will deliver to your location. And they are super nice to deal with. Wish every place we go to camp had all of this.

what a wonderful experience!
We rented a boat from them and had such a fun time. We saw parts of the river we would never had seen before. It was so relaxing!! We want to do it again soon!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
they will tell you kayaks are not allowed in the river just so you rent their paddle boards and tubes. They also told us the Roger’s park was 1/4 mile walk. It’s actually 1 mile away and we ended up walking all that while carrying the boards and tubes. They also said we could tube along the river which was a horrible idea, and ended up asking someone on a boat to take us back. They are not looking for long term customers, just quick a buck. Please avoid at all cost.

Update: We did try to contact someone during business hours to make reservations several different ways. We did finally receive a returned phone call several hours later after we had returned home. The lady who called did offer some helpful information on the area. But I still don't understand why people have a "quick" chat feature without sufficient personnel to answer "quickly"

Original review: No one answered the chat box or emailed or called me back. We drove an hour and a half just to turn around and go back to our place and the beach. Don’t have a quick chat feature if you have no one to answer it.

We rented a U-Haul truck from this location. Made the reservation and everything with U-Haul. When we showed up here to get the truck, no one was there at all. We called and texted the number for the place numerous times. No one ever answered, or returned our calls, or responded to our text messages. After speaking with U-Haul, we were told that the owners of the property have to give us a code for the lock-box to get the truck keys. This code was never given to us. After speaking with another local U-Haul, we informed them of our situation, they told us that the situation we encountered at this location is fairly common for most customers that try to come here. No code is ever given, and the owners of the property are never there, and refuse to answer the phone or respond to messages. So, save your time and go to another U-Haul dealer.

Rented a couple paddle boards and a few tubes for our vacation in Weeki Wachee. They delivered right to the rental house. Then picked them up for us. So convenient.

Lady really knows how to upsell on the phone. $5 tubes are for people under 50lbs. Wont answer calls.
