Sometimes you win sometimes you lose. Been there a few times and there is little consistency. First time was worth another try while the second time food was burnt. Third time better but 4th was horrible with friends and kids.

Food is not great. I ordered a pizza around 4pm. Not busy and not a sole buy the young lady at register and a gentleman in the back. Place is clean and the pizza was horrible. I was given reheated pizza that was burned on the bottom and very dry. I wanted my money back and was told that wouldn't happen. Did not want to cause a scene so I left and will definitely not go back or recommend this place

I stopped in there one day after shopping next door, probably a year ago. Thought instead of cooking that I'll grab some pizza. I asked if they could substitute the marinara base sauce with a white sauce, I was told no because they dont have white sauce. I accepted their answer and asked if I can have one of the toppings substituted, since I am allergic to the one specific topping. I was told they dont do changes or substitutes, pizzas are sold as on menu. I have heard their pizzas are good and would still like to try their pizzas but since they couldn't accommodate my request I haven't gone back.

I mostly visit the pharmacy. No one is specifically mean or ugly, but they sure aren't nice. They always appear grumpy and overwhelmed. Even when there is no one around or in line. Since John S (the pharmacy manager) left, it's really not very pleasant to go and pick up prescriptions. Ironic because one is usually not feeling well when going to a pharmacy and would hope for kindness and compassion. Not here.
I did buy something else and checked out with front service personnel. -_- I suppose I just expect FAR TOO much. I would probably get better interaction with an "AI Employee". ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Love the publix here! Great plaza for people that don't want to drive all the way to Cortez or even further down Mariner boulevard to get to other shops/Publix etc.
