Came in this evening (8/26) to purchase some cologne. When I walked in, the girl working (younger girl with black hair, brown eyes) walked over to the register closer to the front and left the two “dudes” that were there hanging out with her blasting obnoxious “music” from their phones staring at her. She then proceeded to sit there and yap away on her cell phone on FaceTime, broadcasting all her drama, pleading with someone not to hit someone so that way he doesn’t get charges pressed against him and educating him on battery laws in Florida, while completely ignoring the fact I’m standing there for 3-4 mins leaning on the counter tapping my fingers on the counter just staring at her 6 feet away. Eventually said screw it and walked out and made my purchase elsewhere, where I actually paid a few dollars MORE and got actual customer service and assistance.

Don’t be enticed by the sales.

I purchased several bottles of my favorite perfume with one of their sales, only to be disappointed when opening the second bottle to have it NOT smell the same. I called the store and of course it’s out of stock. When it’s FINALLY back in stock and come back to town to exchange for the EXACT SAME product I am told sorry we can’t exchange anything without a receipt but we’ll give you a good discount on another bottle. Uh no thanks!

Don’t fall in love with a scent b/c there is no guarantee it will smell the same with their product batches. Buyer beware. Stick to stores you know with true Authentic colognes like Macys.

The scent was Filthy Rich Queen. I left TWO new bottles on the counter for your young ladies who were of no assistance resolving my issue.
You can provide a means of direct contact if you have a solution to this issue that doesn’t involving me purchasing another bottle of the same product. Otherwise again… no thanks.

Their return and exchange policies suck. They only offer 7 days. Especially during Christmas when most people shop a couple weeks before Christmas. This company knows this. Greedy.

Update: I had the original receipt and it was never opened and they would not refund or exchange.

My husband purchased a bottle of Happy perfume for me for Christmas which cost him 49.99. Him knowing it is one of my favorites. I opened the bottle a few days after Christmas and threw away the box. When I sprayed the perfume after my shower it had a nasty Oder to me which indicated the perfume was old. I called this store to explain the situation and they refused to exchange for another. They stated it was longer then 7 days because my husband purchased on December 21. I just can’t see why know exchange we weren’t asking for our 53.49 back just another bottle of happy to make me happy. Only reason for 1 star is because it didn’t give me another choice.
