I would not recommend this establishment. It is the worst little dump in the area, and a waste of gas to get there. Staff ironically could use training in hospitality; they are rude and petty. Save yourself the grief and frequent William Sanoma, or on the cheap from Amazon- this place is a flea market of low quality junk. It fits into the sleazy little shopping center perfectly. Second hand kitchen equipment sales and amateur training on how not to handle food brought to you by random losers who have never heard of Amazon and Youtube.
The "classroom" looks like a place children are held hostage in until they can be trafficked out of the state. How many side hustles can one seedy place have?!

I personally do not recommend taking a course for food handler or safety with instructor that instructor. I don’t really care how long he’s been in the business. He should not be around whatsoever with his recommendations and personal opinions. I spent 3 1/2 hours of my life, listening to random stories. Some pertained to food safety to Promote fear. Maybe five out of the 85 questions The instructor answered the rest were random stories. When I pay $119 to learn about food safety, I don’t want to hear an hour and a half about his bad career Choices. Teach The actual class And what’s going to be on the test. Cannot say I don’t know what’s gonna be on the test but these are the questions that have popped up previously. Open up a couple of the packets and see what questions are being asked so we are Properly prepared.

The go to place for your restaurant needs. Top quality products at a rate so good, you’d swear that the guy from Appliance direct was selling them. (Minus the Wakkie any Nu)
Customer service is top notch. The head person, is like a mix between Edna and Mr. Ollivander from Harry Potter. She can pulls numbers and skews on products faster than you can blink. Pretty sure she’d beat Clint Eastwood in a draw.
