Picked up an Ashley Furniture load for this Bealls DC Center on Oct. 21, 24. Showed up on October 22nd 2024 a day early with a live unload. Upon arrival, I was asked for a PO No. that neither: the broker, dispatch, nor myself had. Finally, the security guard found the number after about 45 minutes to an hour of researching. I was then told I couldn't be unloaded until 07:00 on Oct. 23rd. Ultimately, I was turned away. On Oct. 23rd, I returned at 06:30 and was asked for the PO No., again. I still didn't have it and it took another hour and a half to find it this time. So, around 08:00 they tell me to drop my trailer on their yard and they'd get to it ASAP. We'll, ASAP as of the writing of this review/complaint is 1:00pm and my trailer is still being held hostage by these inept individuals. Bealls has no concept of time when it comes to a driver's need to work, make money and support their families. THIS IS UNDOUBTEDLY THE WORST FACILITY TO BRING A LIVE UNLOAD TO. Clearly "I" won't return, and I suggest "ANY DRIVER" who picks up a live load/unload for this facility... "DON'T!!!!! They are atrociously horrible at unloading your live unload. Boxes were tossed in there over the top, floor loaded, lots of spices rolling out in glass containers and breaking while offloading..handled all 1300 boxes..is exhausting and they give you not enough time to do the routes. Store personnel on most stops is mostly reluctant to roll up their sleeves. Drop trailer to pu next day is also a minus, broker didn't even call me when trailer was ready for pu.

Love delivering here. Everyone is so friendly. You can be in and out in just a few minutes. Provided you are drop and hook. Haven't experienced live loading yet

They have no air-conditioned they give you a couple fans for each row. The Hispanic woman in management is very disrespectful with her tone. The Haitian women employee's are very gang like and rude and don't do their work they just talk all the time. The Hispanic coworkers are very rude to you if you do not know Spanish. I would tell you to stay away from this place if your an American citizen for work.

Landstar drivers, DO NOT TAKE THESE LOADS. They are multi-stop, top to bottom, front to back small to medium boxes FLOOR LOADED, not on pallets! You will be taking every single one of those boxes by hand to the back of the trailer. It took me all day and I'm in good shape. I am now in pain. This is akin to moving a large household by yourself. If you already booked it, call the agent back and say you can't take it. TRUST ME, it's the worst load I've ever taken in my 20 year trucking career.
