Over two months ago my husband and I decided to buy all new furniture for our new house. After lots of research we ended at El Dorado Furniture on state road 7, Royal Palm Beach. Adriana was our sales associate. From the beginning, she was so helpful and mostly knowledgeable on the furniture quality She understood exactly the style we were looking for in our living, dinning area and two bedrooms. Her suggestions and ideas were on point!
We are so grateful to her for everything she did and still do when we need to get last details on our house with furniture and decoration.

First time at El Dorado and what a great experience and high quality furniture we found. Julia, our sales person, has been absolutely amazing throughout the buying process. She gave us her honest opinion and was always available if we had any questions. She went out of her way to help us by bringing accessories from different show rooms to give us an idea of what our room will look like. She would follow-up and make sure everything was delivered ok. She is knowledgeable, beyond helpful and so genuine. I highly recommend asking for Julia when you walk in. You will not be disappointed!

We purchased a sectional from El Dorado and unfortunately everything was fine up until delivery. We paid a premium for delivery and installation and the team were leaving wires and everything untidy. We noticed a defect with corner seat of the sofa and also one of the reclining end pieces. El Dorado replaced the corner seat but is not doing anything about the end unit. It looks terrible as the leather is not properly in place at the bottom and another part it has come loose at delivery. When making a large purchase go to a place with better customer service as they drag the issue out so you can't do anything about it.

My wife and I went to El Dorado on State Rd. 7 for the first time today. We were very impressed with the selections and we had an Awesome sales associate Julia Demce. The sales rep named Jeremiah was so helpful ! I’ve been struggling to find ways to decorate my living room as this was my first time living alone and having to decide everything for myself and he made my experience in the store so welcoming and nice. He was very personable, professional and sweet to work with. I feel like he went above and beyond to help me and was very attentive the whole time. He has a very great eye and attention to detail and gave me so many options to decorate and even went over with me how to measure things for my space . I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to buy anything which also was such a huge relief. I will definitely be back to buy !
