Houston needs a Elon Musk to come straighten this place out. Good luck on parking. If you do manage to get a spot get ready for rude rental cops to question you on what your business is at the facility that YOUR tax dollars pay for. Once entering i seen they had 4 windows to help you and seating for about 100 people. It looked like our DMV X 2. I'm hearing wait times of 2 1/2 hrs just to look up and print out certificates. Efficiency doesn't sound key at this location. Hope you have alot of time to kill if you do have to come.

Carley is very helpful there but Amanda has terrible way of talking to people over the phone. She’s very rude, not helpful, and sounds like she’s annoyed the entire time. Maybe take the rude attitude to McDonalds instead of a healthcare place

I would like to know how is it that these restaurants or fast food restaurants are getting by with the health inspections
I've worked two jobs in the last three months and both of these places have major issues
The dairy queen in little York and bauman has flies inside the employees never use gives or have the proper shoes or uniform it's dirty
The Floors are sticky and nasty
And the second place
Is Popeyes in little York and 45
The walk in Cooler is nasty it has a stench of rotten flesh and just stinks
The Floors in the dining room that I moped to day were sticky and caked up I don't know how y'all let these folks still run the restaurants that way
The oil they are using to fru chicken seems to be old and almost blk from them not changing it out
I will not and refuse to work for any of these fast food restaurants that the health department should be closing down
This is ridiculous and needs to be looked into
Ppl can get sick off that nasty food being served to customers

Firstly thanks for the non- response on my last email.

Secondly i would like to Shout Out a congratulations on Market Square Park,
however i would like to take this opportunity to now consult a Health Issue. I have been using the Wonderful facilities and improvements to the Dog park at Market Square, and have requested another Dog Litter Bag station be discreetly placed on the entrance corner at Travis street and Preston Streets, so many of my co-tenants at Aris Market Town would appreciate this also.

2 birds one stone, so to speak,
Dog Feces: I have requested in the past about discreet placement of "Picking Up after your Pet" or the like.
I travel alot and seen an amazing amount of Unique signage that is over authoritive or better Humorous.
Can you do a H -Town signage project at place discreetly at every corner of Market Square Park and all entry and exit gates (6 in total, 4 at the large dog park and 2 Small dog Park).
I request this as a Health Issue,
that can be readily addressed, (along with flushing out the dry stench ridden sewer outlets outside the Aris Market Tower, 409 Travis Street, Houston, 77002.)

I attach a video taken now, its self explanatory, except that these guys need some discreet supervision.
A/ Priority on Dog Feces and rubbish collection.
B/ That BLOWER thing! That's all they do, with no respect when they do it, how close they operate it at the public in the park or on the streets.
C/ And is it necessary?, please see video. Unfortuntely it does not show the allergeric dust storm outside the desolate, Derelict ex Niko Niko's. No one sits there in the blazing heat but the paying Public have to endure dog feces, flies and stench!
Suggest your friendly staff address dog feces as a health priority, (35 mins in the park, and I had to collect 7 (Seven seperate droppings from busy or rude dog owners who left the large dog park sometime in the last 1-2 hours, whilst Blower maintanence continues across the dusty unused patio.
Priorities and Health.
Daily Issue.

can I please get some progressive action.

best regards

The lady I spoke to regarding a permit was so rude. I called to ask one question for clarity and I get interrogated. It was all extremely aggressive and unwarranted. I really hope the staff receives more training on proper phone etiquette and manners. No one ever wants to even have to call so to make it a painful process is unnecessary. I would rather give my left leg than go through that again.

The people that “answer” the phone are so rude! The first time I called the lady transferred me but it disconnected so I called back and the next lady that answered said hold on and transferred me without even asking why I was calling, like I just called her personal cell phone or something! Totally unprofessional. After that they literally kept pick the phone up and transferring. I was calling for a very important reason in hopes of saving others but these women don’t care enough about the community to do their job.
