Came here the other day to get a long form birth certificate. They do have paid parking for the building $4 a day which isn't too bad and is much better than parking on the street.
All the staff were helpful and efficient. I would suggest arriving early because I had to wait about 2 hours because of how many people were there. They have forms for birth certificates or death certificates you can fill out at the place on a computer. They have a system of showing you your spot in line by a computer using the last 4 digits of your phone number. For a birth certificate it cost $23 dollars and they take card/ debit and also cash, however if you use a card it has to be in your name the name that's on your ID that you have to provide to get a birth certificate.

Wow! This place is amazing, got a birth certificate printed in less than 10 minutes; cost $23.
Parking was $4 in the garage next door. Kind of a rip off but was not let down by the express service at the bureau.

There was no parking nearby so my husband had to drop me off on the street because the drop off area was closed off. I had to walk on the street before I got to the sidewalk. I was not happy to walk-in to a sea of people waiting but it was the only way to get the birth certificate because I only have a US passport and it is not an acceptable form of identification to be able to order online. I was instructed to a self serve kiosk and filled out the form on the tablet. Then I had to register on a second kiosk to get inline and wait for my number to be called. I was notified the wait time could be up to an hour. The security guard was unfriendky and acted as if she had the right to be disrespectful to the awaiting clients whose children were playing with tablets or phones. The uniform doesn't give you permission to disrespect anyone or talk down to anyone because the children are playing games and the volume is not silent. Ask politely and with a smile, you'll get more people to listen. There are 7 windows each with a clerk but only 4 of the 7 windows were assisting clients. The process moved along rather quickly but it would have been faster if all windows had working clerks.

Amazing people, drove 4 hours to get my birth certificate, they were super helpful on helping me get my documents easily. They were very nice and very helpful also when I called to ask about how to get my birth certificate. 🫶🏼

Easy to find and plenty of parking in the parking garage near the building. $4 all day parking. They open at 8 am but they let everyone that was in line outside waiting in 15 min early. The lady there was very attentive and welcoming. Signed in at 8 am and walked out by 8:05 with my birth certificate.

Got her at 2:30pm left at 3:20 pm. The workers were SUPER nice giving instructions and leasing ppl the right way and window. Did not get any of their names but ALL the workers were so nice. I saw how they attended other people. Love it. Makes me wanna go get another birth certificate lol Security was so awesome making sure everything was in order and he was even making little face to make the kids laugh. It was cute 😭 a man in front of me even told the lady you turn to first when u go in, he told her she was doing a 👏 great job and he hopes they all have a great day🥹 $23.00 for birth certificate paid w CC. Spent 55 min in there but it passed by quick with everyone’s help and my AirPods w some music 🤭

I went to collect 2 birth certificates
Best time 8:00 am pass faster 10 minutes it's already outside a little confusing the park $4 dollars each cost $23 dollars make sure you come early
