I was calling in regards to my case that was falsely put on my background after giving them numerous calls back they just keep giving you the runaround and different phone numbers without even listening to the facts of your case. They are just giving you whatever phone number and telling you to call and every time you call back they’re having an attitude. I don’t know what representative I had on the phone but ma’am you are lucky that I am a better woman today.

This government entity did NOTHING to uphold their mission statement. They NEVER made an attempt to help my family to be successful with their services. They disregarded the Constitutional rights of my family and I. They did EVERYTHING to ensure that my family would never be reunited. They worked closely with my child's father who had used them to "win" custody by making repeated false allegations, so he simply wouldn't have to pay child support. They aimed high to remove my children because I didn't wish to continue to "do as they say", after the repeated open and shut cases stemming from the repeated false calls. This organization communicated well with my child's attorney and family court officials to gain custody of her even after knowing the psychological damage it would cause her and I.
It's been 7 years. My daughter has been victimized by these people who have to continue to admit her into medical stabilization because she is emotionally traumatized by her being removed from her loving mother whose name was placed on a "list" of known abusers. Even though no charges were filed, no evidence was presented, and only allegations by a father trying to get custody was their justification for removal. Absolutely disgusting. My daughter BETTER BE SAFE. MY child BETTER be RELEASED at midnight on her 18th birthday. My daughter BETTER be allowed to come home when your "legal" hold on her is over. I WILL BE ready to clean up the mess your organization has been allowed to subject my child to.
Cps, no thank you. Read the Constitution and brush up on your supposed mission statement.

Hello Hello I am a former foster child I am now 23 years old as a child who had to suffer through the system I was neglected the love communication and care I truly needed I plan to sue and will be contacting you guys for my records if you choose not to cooperate you will only make things more difficult. I do not want to make things difficult for the already problematic system you guys have established I wish to help you understand how you are neglecting a lot of children needs.

These people need to be shut down. @TexasDFPS Where is my daughter that went missing in the states care because of CPS negligence? How do you give custody back to a parent of a missing child? Where is my child? #cpsfailures #Accountability #dismantleCPS
