Sometimes the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and visiting the office is casual and stress free. However, when I called the office recently and inquired about the lockbox code for delivery drivers, the man on the line was unapologetic and sarcastic with me. He was not able to give me the code, which I don't have a problem with - I understand. However, I do have a problem with making your renters frustrated, insecure, and overheated in their apartment with no AC (for us, twice in two months), and not having a better system for deliveries and mail. The lack of rights of renters in the state of Florida doesn't mean it's okay to take advantage of that. I do like many things about our building, the ease of paying our rent, and All County as a business. But, I have experienced some frustration recently with how things have been operated.

Part of purchasing a franchise is so that you don't make the fatal mistakes and have a guide. I never expected to be able to talk to someone everyday if necessary, when I had questions. That is the service I get. Patrick, Sharon, Chris, Travis, Jerrad and everyone else there demonstrate a level of customer service that is extraordinary! They follow up with all calls and do not rush you off the phone. I can contact them for anything from best practices to coaching and always get solid answers. So fortunate to have them in my corner!

After taking over the Chicago office, poor coordination and a lack of professionalism was the daily interaction with homeowners. My tenant refused to pay three months rent as a result of Jeneen refused to correct the problem after charging me two erroneous charges that did not fix the problem. I was told if she sent another contractor to fix the original problem, I would be charged again. After terminating this horrible relationship, I was charged $100 for a fictions shortfall in my account which was verified by Nichol as being up to balance two weeks before.

Thieves and unethical operations is what this company is about. Find another company to manage your property.
