I was met by an employee the moment I walked in the door. I asked to see the cheapest California king mattress he had He immediately took me to the area were I could try the different choices he had. I tried two out and settled on the one I wanted with all my questions answered and my delivery scheduled for the following week. It probably took 20 min. I was very happy.
