Brought Benny and Eli here for the first time and they did a great job! Everyone was polite and courteous, even with Benny being the devilish pup he is! The Christmas photos also came out great! I highly recommend this location for all your fur baby needs! We will be back for sure! They also loved their new stuffed toys and have been playing with them all week! Very durable and great quality products!

Decided to try this place out since my girls regular groomer is on maternity leave. I just picked her up and left VERY disappointed and heart broken. I don’t know how many times I emphasized that I wanted JUST A TRIM and to shape her up and this is what I get back. She was NOT even matted! Safe to say, if you have a poodle or poodle mix save yourself the heart break and don’t come here (unless you like the shaved look) 😭

I can’t say enough great things about Adriana (Woof Gang) They always take such wonderful care of my pup, and the grooming is top-notch. My dog comes home looking adorable, smelling fresh, and feeling happy every single time. The staff is kind, patient, and truly loves animals, which makes a huge difference. I appreciate their attention to detail and how they go the extra mile to ensure my dog is comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional and caring groomer!

Have been taking our small dog here for about a year now but honestly, the cuts are always inconsistent.. they never have the same groomers for some reason? But y his time was the last straw I was late by a 1 minute; I kid you not. ONE And they turned us away, didn’t even try and check with the groomers in the back if it was okay or anything? I called and let them know i was running late and the girl at the front said it was fine not a problem as long as it wasn’t more than 15 minutes. I walked it at 10:14, my dog was saying hello to a man that was in the store, maybe I should have pulled him away and rushed to the counter but I didn’t. I let them say hello then went straight to the counter, the girl at the front Ashley? I think, she said “op! Gotta reschedule ya, you’re late. It’s 10:16” are you kidding?…. By ONE minute, that’s ridiculous customer service. I’m never late and always tip!! I even buy treats which are ridiculously priced might I add… no way I’m coming back here I rather bust the drive to the lake Mary location where they actually act like people and treat you exceptionally. I called the Lake Mary location right after and they were even kind enough to squeeze us in that same day! God bless.

Cynthia was amazing. This place is off the charts! Super clean, my dog Cookie looves this place. Every time she comes out of there she looks even more amazing than the last time! Will be coming back for the foreseeable future!

I’m so picky and do a lot of research before taking my dogs to grooming. This place is excellent! My pups were bathed, brushed, de-shedded and look amazing. They also called me as soon as they were done so they weren’t kept in a cage all day. We will be coming back on a regular basis. The staff is wonderful and caring also. My lab is 10 and a little timid but they dealt with her so sweetly. My golden is a big goober and can be naughty but they loved on him and he behaved for them❤️

Kaylee did absolutely fantastic with my Jack Russell’s grooming and was very on time. Dolly has anxiety to the max, and Kaylee was well prepared. I even got a cute photo after! She left smelling good and her nails perfectly done! We will be back again soon!!
