When my equipment was initially delivered, the gentleman was very nice and helpful. The equipment did its job.
I called them in the middle of 2024 to inform them I no longer needed the equipment. Then my elderly mother became ill and caring her consumed all of my time.
Either the end of 2024 or beginning of 2025, I received a call about needing a doctor prescription for renewal. I told the lady I no longer needed it and had contacted the Deland office about picking up the equipment. She said she would take care of it.
Today, I went to my Florida Blue account looking for something else, and see they are STILL charging my insurance over $150.00 a month. How they got a renewed prescription is beyond me. I certainly didn't have my doctor write a script for it.
I have made my insurance company aware of the situation.
The stars I gave are strictly for the gentleman that initially delivered the equipment. He was great!

The people in Deland office are very nice but there billing department does not know what they are doing. For three years I have fought with them paid what eob says but they keep billing me hundreds of dollars and not credit my account on what I paid. Tried calling them put on hold for call back and no call back from billing.

Received a call from rotech location in deland for maintenance on my concentrator. Scheduled f. or wed. Told them call first to let them in gate and with a eta. Was told to call at 10 am for delivery time. Called day before to remind them to call from gate . Called day of delivery was told they had no record of it and I just received the oxygen so what was myy problem. I said have had it 4 years p. Had to reschedule this is first time they ever called for maintenance. Sad part also I worked for 17 years with this co.

I'm posting this review to hopefully put some other people's minds at ease. A family Doctor ordered equipment from Rotech and when we looked up the company we saw the bad reviews and of course were concerned with ending up with a hassle or worse not getting what was needed in a timely manner. However, I can tell you first hand that we recently had a perfect experience with this company in every single way. They contacted our family within the 24 to 48 hours we were originally told in order to confirm all the details on the order and to set-up delivery in a very quick time frame. They reached out to us the day before delivery and confirmed the delivery was coming. They were not able to provide a narrow time range at that point, but suggested we call them at 10am the day of delivery and they would have more info about the route and could give us a smaller delivery window to wait (am or pm). When we called them on the day of delivery, they did just that. They showed up within the delivery window given and the delivery guys were really excellent. I didn't think to get their names, but one had just finished his training recently and is a native Floridian and the other guy was originally from Tennessee. In any event the delivery went perfectly, all the parts were there and the assembly was quickly completed. They answered all questions and even gave a quick tutorial on the equipment, which arrived in perfect condition. This happened to be a one-time delivery item. The team at Rotech in Deland definitely earned the good review.

I highly recommend Rotech for your medical needs. I called and ordered my oxygen supplies and nebulizer supplies and Della had my supplies in my hand the next day. These people go above and beyond.
