This store could write a book on customer service. Then they could publish the book and sell it to me for my coffee table. And it would be the most chic coffee table book in town. Everything in this store is a piece of art. Anyone in need of retail theropy - this is the spot to fill up your cup.

I placed a large order in December 2023. I have called in several times regarding the status of the whole order. I was told they were waiting on the order to be complete etc etc I called today thinking that asking for the manager would fix the problem and boy was I wrong. Paul got on the phone said he would look into it called me back 5 min later and said both the order was sent out in two separate delivers. I told him I did not get the whole order and hem, he then patronized me and said " maybe you never opened the box" and said it was all sent. So i asked him what was sent in the first order and he said well I cant see that. So I said okay so when you said the whole order was sent you dont actually know that? he then began to have attitude and raise his voice. I asked Paul to please not have attitude and he said "okay I have to go bye" and hung up on me. I hope corporate sees this. I will be disputing my order if I do not get a call back and an apology.

Purchased from this store online. Return policy is not conspicuously posted (as required under the California Civil Code). Store failed to properly communicate this, refused to cancel order that was seriously delayed and backordered. Store refused refund, citing to policy that was located on other part of website, among several pages of unrelated policies.
