Beautiful store. Remodel looks amazing. Would not have killed the cashier or whoever checked me out to let me at least have a coat hanger for the jacket I just bought. Absolutely no reason for this.

As far as Goodwill locations go, this one is relatively clean, well kept, and has a friendly staff. It's also pretty large with a nice selection of items including a jewelry case, home goods, clothing (of course), and costumes.

Very clean well kept store, however the isles are so close together only 1 cart at a time can pass thru, 1way very negative for people who want to shop and not just run up and down the isles.

This is some of the stupidest stuff I've ever seen in my life. July 21st through July 28, 2024. I went on the 27th bought my kid a pair of shoes, and they were supposed to give me 10% off, but because of the fact that my child didn't have anything proving he goes to school, even though you can tell he is of school Age They turned around and denied my 10% off. I understood when I didn't have my husband's teacher. ID and we didn't have a child but when you have a child, you can tell that child goes to school and they denied the child their percentage off because of the fact that you don't have an ID to prove that child goes to a school. That's gonna be the dumbest stuff i've ever seen

Besides the basic facts and obvious/proved over pricing items. This specific location had customer service matching this companys reputation (horrible). Also two of the cashiers walked in smelling like Marijuana and idc if you have medical or not but it's unprofessional and awkward for me to have to find a way around explaining that "bad smell" to my kid.

I’d put the star level in the negatives if possible. The cashier and management staff racially profiled my husband and I, falsely accused us of taking items into the bathroom, and mistakenly identified us for another inter-racial couple (who acknowledged it was them that took items into the bathroom due to the lack of a changing room). The entire situation was addressed in front of other customers and staff. After we were literally ignored for over 15 minutes while waiting at the register to check out, the staff was ignorant and belligerent. The level of unprofessionalism is despicable. The involved associates need immediate remediation in public and customer service. Corporate will be notified of the full incident that occurred on April 5, 2024 at between 5:00 - 5:30pm. I have shopped here frequently without incident, however, after today, I will no longer be visiting this establishment.
