Pretty ok Place. If you’re trying to park a semi you better get here early. They have reserved spots that they enforce sternly which I love. Nothing I like better than watching a bottom dweller get thrown out of a reserved spot they didn’t pay for. Showers for drivers available. Usually long line. Subway good. Roller grill food good. Nice little store.

The Dada Corners Store is an interesting experience.

It is a gas station, truck stop, souvenir shop, a small cafe, and a store for hunting and fishing gear.

Gas here was Shell gas and quite expensive—about 40 cents more per gallon than gas stations a few miles away that have more competition. But, despite that, the station was pumping a lot of gas. It is an area in the Everglades and those that need gas probably don't want to drive far to get what they need.

We were meeting an airboat charter operator here as it is easy to find. The actual location of the airboat was hard to easily locate. I needed gas and bought $25 worth to get us through the day.

The selection of goods in the store was impressive. It is reminiscent of a general store in a rural area of many years ago. It obviously has a large clientele, is located at an intersection of two highways, and meets the needs of its customers.

These criminals sold me Clay Target ammo that was previously opened and only contained 24 shells and literally 60 seconds after the purchase refuse to refund. Trash customer service. Scummy as can be.

So I was making the trip west to the Everglades, and I stopped here to get some things for the trip. I went in to get a gallon of water, can of bug spray, and a can of sunscreen. When I brought my things to the counter, the cashier saw the sunscreen, went and grabbed a second can of sunscreen and scanned them both. Confused, I told the cashier I only wanted one. She gave me an explanation about why I had to buy both but honestly couldn’t understand her. So again, I insisted I only needed one which led her to raise her voice and almost yell at me. She said I either buy both cans or nothing at all. So I didn’t care and just bought the water and bug spray and left without sunscreen. Not sure why this store had to make something this little difficult. So I would be cautioned coming in here.

Men's Bathroom stalls were all completely clogged with human waste, covered in TP and totally filthy. Couldn't even go to the bathroom, and I paid to park. Showers are closed at night, I'm guessing, because nobody will clean ANYTHING in the store at night, especially the bathrooms. Literally THE WORST PILOT IN THE COUNTRY.
