I had the most uncomfortable experience at this store, and I felt it was necessary to share. I went in to try on a dress, but unfortunately, the service was incredibly disappointing. The staff member, an older woman, was unprofessional and made me feel rushed and uneasy. While I was in the dressing room, she barged in without even asking if I was ready, catching me off guard while I was topless. It was a deeply uncomfortable moment. When I came out to assess the dress, she didn’t give me a moment to process before she immediately began unzipping the dress, without even asking for my thoughts or feedback. There was no consideration for my personal space or time. This lack of respect for my comfort and privacy completely soured the experience. Unfortunately, I walked out without purchasing the dress because of how unwelcomed and rushed I felt. I would have expected a far more considerate and professional atmosphere, especially in a high-end designer store. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously, as a little respect and attentiveness can go a long way in providing a better customer experience.

I travel internationally and while in Palm Beach, I purchased several dresses and accessories for my Wife on several occasions. They have become her favorites because of the style and the way she feels when wearing them. Because of the way that they treat me and remember me, this has become my favorite store to shop and surprise my wife. When she's this happy, I am ecstatic!

Walking down Worth Ave and seeing all the shops and boutiques is an experience, and when I walked by this shop, I had to go in. The owners are so kind and hospitable, and the clothes are dressy and wearable. The styles are unique, classy, and timeless. I loved the dresses I tried on (my daughter loves playing dress up in them now as well). I even found a few dresses I wish I found 10yrs ago in another (younger) life, they fit so well! At least I’ve found this shop now, it was such an enjoyable shopping experience, I’ll definitely be back.
