Idk where to start, there was no protection/bubble wrap on the inside except for the glass bottles. My tamarinds were smushed, the ginger biscuits were in tiny pieces. There were zoomers that I didn’t order which was days pass the best before date and one of them busted open, it was a whole mess. I don’t think I will be ordering again. Not even a fragile sticker on the package which was a bit crazy for me.

This online business has to be the worse in history, ordered one time and the snacks were stale and crushed, the foam they put in the box was all over the products and couldn’t be removed. Several calls and text and nobody responded that’s unprofessionalism at its finest. I ordered one more time and chose 2 days shipping and until now 3 weeks on I can’t get my order and no one answering but I promise you guys I will get my $176 back you’re a fraud.

I wanted to love it wholeheartedly but they packaged it so poorly some on my snacks busted open as well as expired and I also didn’t like the fact that certain items I had were replaced by substitutes (which I didn’t like) I wished y’all called or SOMETHING to see if I wanted my money back or to see if I was okay with the substitutes. Y’all should package the items better and inquire about substitutions BEFORE unuh put them inna people box. Thanks.

This Business was recommended by a friend. i ordered a Case of Magnum November 28. I waited 10 days and the items still weren’t shipped. After reaching out to the customer service number provided on Instagram on December 5th. He then told me; the items were Out of Stock and he’ll ship it the following Monday. I called him Dec 13th to follow up on why I haven’t received the items… and his Attitude and Customer Service was nothing short of Horrible. He answer and said call USPS and hung up the phone. I will never support any Business that take their Customers for granted. I finally received the order on December 24th. NEVA AGAIN !!

Disappointed in Service and Lack of Communication
I placed an order (#20131) with Rocketboyz LLC on October 7, 2024, and paid for priority shipping expecting prompt delivery. Unfortunately, my order didn’t arrive until October 17. Upon arrival, the package was ripped open, and several items were missing.

To make matters worse, the invoice showed that one of the items I ordered was out of stock, but instead of notifying me or issuing a refund, it was simply circled on the invoice with no explanation or communication. I have yet to receive a refund for the item I paid for but did not receive. Despite reaching out for clarification, my concerns were completely ignored.

After researching and reading other reviews, it’s clear that this is not an isolated incident. It seems this company frequently fails to communicate, mishandles orders, and leaves customers disappointed. This level of service is unacceptable. I expected better, especially after paying for expedited shipping and trusting the company to deliver on its promises.

I hope Rocketboyz LLC takes this feedback seriously and improves its shipping process, communication, and customer service practices. Until then, I cannot recommend them to others.

P.S I definitely tried to give shopping with Rocketboyz another go and my second experience was just as bad smh. Also Priority shipping does not mean you receive your package quickly; it only means they start working on your package faster to get it out to you. Don’t get it confused. They should definitely change the wording on that. “Priority processing”

Expensive. The prices are not worth it and I am soo mad I am blue in the face. I bought 2 litres of Jamaican white rum for 150USD. I had no idea that it actually cost $35 per bottle but I guess if you can't afford it you shouldn't buy it. I paid $7 for 7oz of raw peanuts( The website said it was Large) 😂😂😂😂😂😂. I swear to you price gouging is the new norm. I am disgusted.

I’ve given this company several chances and they fail every time!!! Either a product is missing or the stuff will arrive very damaged or both. They will blame shipping for the damaged goods instead of wrapping everything before shipping it off. Don’t waste your money here it’s better to do without. Zero stars if I could
