Pretty but such a waste of land. So much space and you waste all of it. Also, the car infrastructure is rather poor. So much for innovation. Only redeeming quality is the lake I guess.

Great office spaces, reasonable parking options. Pretty man made lake & a great Carmelo Coffee shop with great service & very pleasant outdoor seating. Go have coffee or lunch at one of the best coffee shop location in Boca Raton.

The answer? None other than the Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC)!

Tucked away in the heart of Boca Raton, this gem started its journey as the IBM headquarters back in the swinging '60s, got a chic makeover in 2005 (thanks to the iconic Merces Breuer touch), and got a modern facelift when Crocker Partners swooped in and took over the site in 2018.

What a puzzling and fascinating place! The first step in, we were hit with a wave of curiosity and awe. From a medical center to walls adorned with eye-catching art from different schools and collages, we strolled past science exhibits, futuristic car tech, labs, and even stumbled upon an architectural wonderland and a mini oasis of art sculptures! Every nook and cranny held secrets just waiting to be discovered. The architecture details had us scratching our heads in wonder - whoever masterminded this place is a genius, and the folks behind it must have wallets as deep as the ocean. Mind Blowing.

Just picture this spot during the holidays - a sensory overload like no other! So much eye candy, so little time. Talk about impressive overload!

Oh, and let's not forget the jaw-dropping cafeteria boasting a Star Struck Coffee Salon and a team of friendly faces. The vibe was cozy, perfect for unwinding or getting some work done on your laptop. The decor was so on point, it practically screamed "trendsetter." And that was just one slice of the BRiC pie - can you imagine what the rest has in store?

The atmosphere was cool, the air was laced with a hint of flowers, and get this - even the restrooms were straight out of a sci-fi flick. Wave your hand, and voilà, the door swings open! Mind. Blown!

Word on the street is, BRiC boasts the longest hallway in the western hemisphere and can brave a Category 5 hurricane. If that's not a flex, I don't know what is! Brace yourself for a return trip to this wonderland, hoping it stays as fresh and fabulous as day one. They call it the way of the future - let's keep our fingers crossed they keep it that way!

A very unique part of town In Boca Raton. The architecture is outstanding, especially if you can see it at night. There is such a variety of places to eat and drink, that I cannot even start to list here. In a nutshell, you really need to check it out ?

Amazing and historical (IBM) property. Maintained impeccably. Decorated for Christmas beautifully and the best Christmas/ holiday display around.

They're doing massive upgrades and the place is looking great. They have food tents on the central pond once a week. They just got a more affordable sandwich shop and coffee bar.
