I purchased two of these units as a special offering I can tell you honestly that mine didn’t even work more than a month. On so many occasions, I reached out to the chat to customer service emailed and finally got a call back from a gentleman from Miami stating that they have a great upgrade if I spent another $200
Which was obscene considering I just spent $200 and two diffusers
I asked him if I could Get a replacement talk to a service center to no avail
He actually continued to tell me that my unit was broken and there was nothing I could do.
I wholeheartedly believe this company is a scam

The experience at the Palm beach exceeded our expectations. My wife and I traveled in town looking for a specific scent. The minute we walked in Lisa greeted us upon entry and ensured to us that we were in welcoming hands. Diligently, she assisted throughout the entire time and made sure that we weighed every option before purchasing. Never once feeling pressured, she continued to re-emphasized her support for anything we wanted, allowing the atmosphere to feel like home. Thanks again Lisa. This is my second time in this store. The first time I came, I sat Gina and she was wonderful. Upon coming a second time, we happened upon Bobby and we see where Gina gets this great customer service from. Bobby took care of all of my needs and even replaced a broken device for us without question. Thank you for your service. This Aroma360 location is top tier...trust me, it's because of the people...never mind the fact that the location and the ambiance is top tier as well. You have earned my business.

The scent system is amazing! I love the different size and space options. The fragrances range from subtle to bold. Definitely does not compare to any plugins or diffusers that you may find in a store. The fragrances a clean and smell luxurious. Perfect for personal use or house warming gift. Love it!
