Walked in to make a purchase. Stood at the counter and looked at the clerk who was face deep in his phone. He never acknowledged me, never even looked up and asked if he could help me. I finally walked out.

Stopped for fuel and it was coming a down pour. A trip inside to give my card, back to fuel, back to finalize transaction...... all this and the door was locked (for security) so I had to walk around the building water pouring off the roof!!! Another place that doesn't care for the drivers. Avoid fueling here. Obviously what comes in the back door is more or less the concern for security. Have you seen what's walking through the front door? Piss poor excuse to make us walk around the building. By the way my tank holds more than any 30 cars around front and I buy cartons of cigarettes not packs, and usually stock up on whatever snacks spark my interest. I'd check the scales your weighing most valuable customers on.

Always some negative person working the counter, the good thing is they are usually eating something, so you can get a little greasy smudge on your debt card.

I work here. Been here almost 3 years... Its like home to me!! We love our people an they love us! Our customers are faithful. If it wasn't for yal we wouldnt be the thriving store that we are! Very Clean, i have people who travel thru all the time. They say they stop here cause they know we keep a clean area. The prices aren't to bad, an the food is really great! Great chicken, liver, gizzards oh an can't forget the honey biscuits! Iv grown to love Cowboys very much an I hope, we hope you do as well! To Mr. Kevin, I am SOOOOO SORRY for your bad experience! I wish that would have never happened. Your words were very upsetting to me. I wished you would come back an let us try an fix our wrong... Apparently these folks really don't have a clue. We just stopped to get a couple of coffees and our son was piling up his hands with drinks and junk food. I ask if the coffee was fresh and both clerks said no but didn't bother to make any. They even had a lady that was cooking items to sell and she didn't bother to make any. We won't bother coming again.

Apparently my accent was something to be made fun of. While I'm standing at the counter checking out. I'm a Southerner. You'd think the three mouths behind the counter would have heard a Southerner in Alabama before. This used to be a regular stop twice a week. Not any more.
