I like the store, the employees were pretty helpful. The problem I have is with the extra fee at the bottom of the receipt for Arts and Entertainment, like WHAT?!?! This is a clothing store, I bought pants what arts and what Entertainment. 2.5% of the value of your purchase too its not a fixed amount either. I won't be buying from here again.

Went in on our fall break cute store with lots of things we liked. We were charged for earrings we didn’t receive when I realized the mistake I took my bag and receipt back in to correct It. The worker treated me like I was lying when I maybe took 2 steps out of the store and turned back around she said let me see your bag as if I were lying. She then said she had to cancel the transaction which she did not. She preformed a “return” in which the totals do not even match I asked her about It and she said she cannot return taxes when It wasn’t even the taxes. I have attached a picture of the two receipts the sub totals do not even match. Was going to go back later in the week but not after being treated that way and having money taken from me.

The greeter at the door on 3/1/24 felt a little too comfortable making comments about my pregnancy. She asked me to turn around so she could look at me and guess what gender baby I was having.. then proceeded to tell me she guessed it was a girl because “girls suck the beauty out of the mothers”.. so don’t go in this place unless you have confidence of steel.

My favorite shop for last minute gifts. I love their bags and they will always add extra tissue and ribbon so that it is party ready! Also love the clothes they carry. I just bought some cute linen pants and top. Perfect for summer!

They carry some beautiful clothing and other items, but the clerks are very snooty. I dropped in while shopping in Seaside, and the girls were all lined up and standing near the door. They very quickly size you up when you walk in, and then continue chatting without even greeting you. You could just feel their snobbery in the air and it was quite uncomfortable. I left and will not be returning.

This store is fantastic! They carry so many wonderful brands and styles. My best friend and I discovered Merchantile while on our first trip to 30 A. The staff made us feel so welcomed! Definitely will be back on the next trip!
