Called the cops on us for sleeping after our thanksgiving meal before hitting the road again the next morning. All we wanted to do is be somewhere that was well lit and safe. We weren’t bothering anyone. I didn’t even park in the front. Terrible place and they had terrible coffee anyway.

The kitchen will rip you off. I’ve been coming here since opening and seen it go down hill. No matter how much extra I buy for my bowls they seem to skimp out on portion sizes. My bowl with no extra is the exact same size as a bowl with extra everything. Kitchen needs to understand to give the customer what they pay for.

I just felt like the staff didn't want me there. I guess I won't be returning terrible customer service. I'm not a problem child or anything. The touch screen wouldn't work and the cashier just up and decided to walk away and go take care of other customers. So I walked out of the store and I'm never coming back

I came in to get food at 6:20 and two employees were already shutting down the whole kitchen and it doesn’t close until 7 pm . I’m calling cooperate 7-31-24 u don’t have permission from cooperate to close early

Every time I go to this store they can’t not give me my Pennie’s in change , an the cashier literally tells me her manager does not get them. I could see if this was one day or even two but this makes the 5th time the cashier looks at me like I am stupid for wanting my pennies. Mam they add up just like they are adding up making this store money all day long keeping people’s money .

Never have iced tea in morning or afternoon. The days they do have tea it is expired several hours and sour. I dont understand when there is 8 workers standing around gossiping.

Never been in here before and it was a bit overwhelming, they have sooo much food in there. But rest assured, the employees in there were superrrrr nice and very friendly. Very attentive 😁 10/10
