I came down to Florida for a few days to look for a house to buy. I had a little 7 pound dog believe me the room were fancy and I went to go sit at the pool with my little dog on my lap and they required me to send her back to the room Really She wasn’t running around. She wasn’t pooping anywhere. She wasn’t peeing anywhere. She’s very well behaved so we left and went to another hotel or mineral Springs motels no matter of fact.

Please stay away from this property at all cost. The rooms are both outdated and dirty, towels they hand you are old and not fully white as if they are not washed properly. When we checked in, the person at the front desk was not polite at all and acted as if he was doing us a favor when we checked in. We had an issue with our door lock the night before where we had to walk up to the front desk three times to figure out the issue. However the person at the front desk this time seems to be a little more attentive and willing to help but still
Not very efficient in solving the problem. Location is very convenient if you’re using the warm Springs, But honestly, I don’t think it’s worth it. By the way Water is yellow, literally as dirty as it can get. We are assuming this is an issue of the area of the hotel but it’s important to know the kind of water you get here

Terrible experience!! Dirty stained sheets, dirty nasty toilet and bathroom too. I seriously wouldn’t leave my dog in that room for the night. When my wife confronted the manager he said leave!!! After some words he did refund our cash and we flew outa there! Moral of the story is you don’t want to stay here. Don’t trust me ok just read some of the other reviews. I wish I had!!!!

Staff was very kind and accommodating. Room was bug free, but there was a damp rid on the closet shelf. Never a good sign. I was there 4 days and no housekeeping. They just changed out the towels daily. Shower needs to be recaulked, pretty gross. Counters in living area were dirty, kitchen had a dirty hotplate and a few odds and ends, all dirty. There were a few old condiment packets in the kitchen drawers. It is not a full kitchen. The tile floor was so dirty that my white socks and feet turned black. No mopping for sure. Full refrigerator was nice. I paid $179 per night and saw it for $159. I went there for business and only for the location which was close to where I needed to be. Also, water is very hard. Good water pressure and hot water, but it was 5 AM. The smart TV works but the WI-FI is terrible. No ice machine, no tech in the rooms such as any USB ports. Pictures on Hotel.com are outdated.

Bed linens could be more thoroughly washed and I wasn't too excited about the 10am checkout time. I felt it should be 11 like everywhere else. Someone went in my room dispite the do not disturb sign I put on the door. Otherwise it's ok. If you're not too picky this place will suffice.

Plenty of bed bugs and flies in the bathroom.
If you dont want to pay over a 150 dollars a night for bed bug bites and a dirty bathroom.. don’t come here

Beautiful pool and large rooms with sliding glass doors leading out to it, the staff is working hard to restore the property . Very nice place for a few nights by the speings

The nastiest place I've ever been to. Read comments before booking, my mistake I didn't. A shame to even charge people. This place should charge max $20. It is a dump!!! Management will take your money and won't refund you. Dishonnest people, liars and shouldn't be opened to tourists. Bunch of Hairs on toilet (bad quality photo too bad but zoom in photo on top of the bowl) ,hairs in shower, stained mattress hairs on bed sheets to vomit, not closing doors, not closing windows sliders to access outside, poop on outside furniture, jaccuzzi not working for years probably, pool nasty not clean, not chairs and in front of a big boulevard anyway so not relaxing at all. I gave them a chance to clean, when i saw they didn't, i told them and they got upset and said it's clean. I showed them the stain and all the issues, they told me it is clean and i was causing troubles. A couple told me " if no happy, check out". I asked if i'll be refunded. They said yes. When bookings reached out to them to release the money, they never answered and kept $120. Liars, dishonnest people. A shame! Run away.
