Please be aware that I went in to get some soda on a Friday night around 6pm and my credit card was skimmed immediately after the purchase with a second $160 charge at the cashier register inside the store. I have an RFID wallet, so the card was only taken out for the purchase. Since the fraudulent charge happened within minutes of my purchase, I highly suspect it was the person who works there.

Where to begin. Should I start with the cc readers at the pumps not working for several weeks now or the fact that price of fuel at the pump rarely matches the price that's advertised on the enormous billboard out front? I've been charged different prices for items bought inside store too. Price depends on who is working I guess? I tried giving this place a chance so many times becaI used to get decent fuel rewards but the rest of the drama that goes with the "rewards" makes it not worth it. Also sometimes they just close whenever they want to. So becareful at night, it might not be open when it's supposed to be or as advertised. It's happened too many times for it to be considered a rare occurrence.

I was here yesterday and it was a horrible experience. So I pull up to the pump and attempt to get gas and the pump wasn't working. That's not a big deal at all, I pull around to a different pump, put my card in, enter my info, select the gas I want and pull the trigger. Immediately the pump goes back to the welcome screen! Well that's weird but again, not a problem. Put the pump back to reset it and go through the process again, same result! Its getting late and I have a 3 hour drive so I drive off to go find another gas station.

So my card is connected to my phone and I get a notification that I have a $14.88 charge and a $100 charge (its a Toyota Camry, the thing can't hold $100!!!!!!). SKRRRRTTT!!! U-turn and I go back to talk to the cashier. He asks me if I paid in the store or at the pump. He says if I paid at the pump he can't do anything (sir, you have to do something!). Sez I have to call Marathon to deal with this. Ok, what's the number? My man is trying to give me a credit card brochure; No sir! I need customer service or corporate. He still can't find a number (the number may have been on the pump but why didn't he know that) so he calls his manager. They are going back and forth, asking me what pump I used what time it was so they can check the cameras. I ended up having to wait for the manager to drive in from 45 minutes away. The manager pulls up 2 zeroed out receipts for my transactions. Dude, why couldn't the guy that worked there do that without me having to sit around for at least an hour?!?!?!?!? And this means there's still $115 missing from my account from your interaction and they did nothing about that.

I'm sure this place is fine if you don't have a problem so there's the solution, make sure you don't have problems because if you do, they can't/won't work to figure it out in a timely manner.

I would first like to say that this gas station is the worst gas station on E colonial dr. I’ve had many bad experiences at this one. I am writing this review because I am furious on how the owner and his workers handled my situation.

I bought 2 nicotine devices from this gas station for $50, but as soon as I opened them, both never worked properly. I Drove back(20 mins)to the gas station hoping for a return, or at least an exchange, but one of the coworkers accused me of trying to scam them out of their nicotine devices. Not only did he accuses me of stealing, but he was trying to act innocent as if this has never happened before. I am not the only person with this problem. Many of people I’ve encountered over there have had the same issue.I am very mad that I had to spend $50 for nothing. I ended up throwing away my nicotine devices because they were so bad.

Not only was inside a problem, but filling up gas was a headache as well. First I would like to say that the prices are awful, if you drive 2 more minutes down e colonial dr, u will find many gas stations with a much lower price and better quality gas. But as I was saying, When I inserted my card, it wouldn’t work, it charged me a couple of Bucks for some odd reason and the people still didn’t help me out.

One thing I learned from this is to never get any nicotine devices from a gas station( especially this one). Instead, go to an actual tabacco store. There’s one right next door called “east side smoke shop.” PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this gas station.

Saw they had cheap gas better than other gas stations nearby and I went to get some as I was about to be on E before needing to be at an appointment. I pull up and all the pumps have been shut down and no one is inside and there is a sign saying they are closed until a shift change is complete. Mind you this is during rush hour and on a busy road so they should have someone always covering during peak times like this. Never coming back again

This people don't pay. They make you work, no days off. Make you think you the best, while giving them extra time to use you. Never gave me any application or contract papers. Everytime I ask they said haven't print out yet. After 2 weeks and 2 days of work, I was supposed to get paid, what I get was? Can't go back to the store and they will send my check over mail.... Im still waiting on that check.This is the reason why, all the employees don't last longer than 3 to 4 weeks. They lied, used you and wont pay you for what you have work.
