This Valero/ U-Haul is very unprofessional. The guy that runs the U-Haul at this location has zero patience for customers and is extremely rude. There’s a professional way of speaking to customers when it comes to certain matters and not exploiting into a rage and wanting to come at the customer like in a ring match. I will never come to this place again not even for gas/diesel.

There’s a man fat super rude guy extremely rude ! . The place looks like 3rd world country gas station in the inside. Constantly arguments with customers . Also Be careful He parks uhauls trucks that blocks complete view of traffic at the stop sign .
Responding to the rude guy - now he wants to be polite ! Your trucks situation will be reported to the city and to uhaul . as their policies puts safety first . I will also suggest to take a good look at all the reviews as they all seem to sound basically the same. And all problems have one common denominator and that is you . As far as your suggestions towards me I have no choice but to report your comments and all reviews to several companies you deal with as I find them sexist, racial motivated , and based on your response to me -I fear for my life now. .TELLING me to leave Hialeah. Please note -I posted ,a picture , of a video. I did not post The entire video . That I will be sent to corporate and to the city. It clearly shows to me obstruction of view at the stop sign . As a concern CITIZEN of this community I felt the need to make sure people take extreme precautions in that stop sign .
At this point I’m going to request that all the people who have or had an issue with you of any kind will contact me.
My concerns are valid and I wont be bullied by you.

Don’t believe the negative reviews they are probably from people who lack respect for orders. Miguel the owner gives a great customer service to all his customers. I could call at 10pm and he always makes my reservations and accommodate all my needs. I have nothing but great experience with this business.

The lack of customer service and social skills in general from the owner of this location is beyond comprehension. I have been a Uhaul client for over 12 years, renting when my company needs additional trucks for our events and I have never had someone behave so rudely about a rental. To the point of calling before our rental period was over to ask when the van would be returned— beyond.

His name is Miguel the owner supposedly, very rude person and frustrated with life, I had had a U-Haul reservation, walked in and he was just talking to a women, he sent me to my car and asked me to wait there, after 30 minutes of waiting I walked in to ask and he canceled my reservation by yelling at me, he even stud up and walked to my trying to intimidate me while screaming, very very horrible customer service screaming and threatening for just asking a question, this old man needs to learn how to treat people. Never again going to that place.

Had the most horrible experience at this place. Very rude man. Not sure if he is an owner but he is in the wrong business. All for asking a question about U-Haul. Rude, unprofessional, yelling at customers just for asking a question.
My question was in reference to the application under U-Haul. All I need it was to know if I needed to click on something they app was asking in order to continue the process. The man didn’t even allow me to speak. I had to wait until he finished with whatever he was doing. Then the answer was YES. That simple but I had to endure the obvious frustration that was going on with him. And no, there is no excuse for rudeness. If you are busy you can politely acknowledge the customer and ask for them to wait for few minutes. The man was so rude that customers behind me were in shock with the attitude. This happened around 5 months ago. Never been there again even though I leave close to it.
