Card got skimmed here the female manger was helpful as much as she could be, Tiara..I appreciate her. The male assistant manager was rude like disgusting and insensitive not good customer care or service at all. Will have to shop at a more caring location. Not to mention they only check for skimming twice a day in times like this.. they don’t hold good account information at this location.

Looking at the other reviews, I know I am not the only one who is SHOCKED at the horrible customer service and the unwanted auto-renewals of the BJs Membership. I decided to not use the BJs membership about 2 years ago. I didn't have auto-renew on but I still got charged the membership fee last year and I had to call to rectify the issue. I was told that the auto-renew was on(they did give me the credit on my card for that charge) but now they have effectively turned it off, NOPE! I got charged this month and I called and was told that she turned off the auto-renew(never apologized) but this time, I had to go in person to get that charge taken off!! I had to waste my gas to come to BJs in person and, you guessed it, Auto-renew was STILL ON! Mind you, I haven't bought anything from BJ for about 2 years. The customer service lady(Indian lady, my nationality) couldn't care less about how I was treated and my issue. She never apologized and allegedly did fix my issue. She turned off auto-renew and gave me my refund. This time I demanded proof that my membership is cancelled so I can show it to my credit card company if they charge me next year! LOOK at your credit card statements! BJs is not to be trusted!!

This is a great BJs Warehouse but they need to update product location information in the BJs App. Store was recently remodeled but the app has the old locations so it cannot be used to find products in the store.

The male manager helping out at the self service kiosks pressured me into applying for a credit card. I'm neurodivergent and I was struggling that day. He didn't take no for an answer and made me feel terrible.

As truck driver please 🙏 don’t come here appointment 05:00 am got dock at 9:50am it will take my entire day to unload. Beside this if you coming here come around the building, there is no way to get behind the building from front. This place is soooo tight can’t maneuver easily.

Very clean and everything organized. I found everything with no problem. This is a really nice and clean supermarket. I loved it. I’ll continue going here as much as I can. Really fast service.
Parking is good.

Gas station is terrible, multiple pumps broken every time, no logical traffic flow, just poorly designed and executed. Costco is so much better
