Can I say Wow!! I love Tops Vacuum. It is because of individuals such as Richard that makes it my go to place for sewing machine accessories. He is knowledgeable and helpful. He went beyond the call of duty today in helping me find exactly what I needed to finish my project. Thank you Richard.

Alexis was our sales person today. I will have to say she was amazing, informative, friendly and also found out she is from NY as we are too. She explained to us about all the types of sewing machine for our needs. The price Alexis gave us was exceptional. We could not be happier with the service we received today.

Such a solid team. I had 1 Bissell pet shampoo/ vacuum we literally used twice & the girls got me a full refund & brand new one that is even nicer. The other Bissell we have lost a screw on the spinwave & they fixed it for a very fair price. Faith in humanity restored.

Do no trust this place they lie to you to make a sale. I Went to have my Dyson vacuum fixed and after looking at it Joe told me it would be to expensive to fix. I asked him to please make sure as I did not want me husband getting upset with me if my vacuum was fixable. He assured me that my Dyson had done its time . So convinced I inquired about another Dyson and he told me that they where not worth the money and I would be better off with a simplicity or Miele; so I left with the simplicity brand vacuum. The next day my husband having doubts drove to the Dyson dealer in Tampa and guess what they fixed it FREE of CHARGE…it was only a LOOSE SCREW. I went back to see Joe to return the vacuum cause I no longer needed it and at this point I did not trust his opinion and also wanted to return the mop he convinced me to buy. He REFUSED to refund me and would not let me talk to the manage or store owner. I went back twice and also I asked another employee if I could leave a message for the owner/manager and he replied that he did not know how to get ahold of the owner/manager. What kind of business is this that the employees or clients can’t get in-touch with the owner/manager. Stay away from this place employees lie to you to make a sale

Extremely poor customer service! My mom brought her vacuum to the store today to see if she could get it looked-at. They tried instead to sell her a new vacuum cleaner. I advised my mom to let me see if I could help her get the manufacturer to cover repairs, as it was still under warranty. The woman at the counter was extremely rude in the background of the phone call. I advised my mom to just leave. The staff had helped her take the vacuum cleaner out of the trunk, as she is elderly and it's heavy. When she asked for help returning the vacuum to the trunk, the woman told her NO. Wow, what a miserable individual. My mom has been going to Topps for years (the Cortez location). You refuse to help an elderly customer because she wouldn't buy a new vacuum from you? That's pathetic. Will not be brining any more business to this place.

We had a wonderful experience today at Tops. Alexis took care of us. She helped me with the purchase of a machine for Mom's birthday and they gave me a nice discount because we're repeat customers! They fixed her other machine super quickly. The place is in a convenient corner on Manatee Ave. And Alexis even help set up my Mom for sewing lessons, which she is ecstatic about. We brought our 22 year old Oreck in for service. Alexis worked with us. We found out parts are not available. She showed us several options. We ended up getting a nice trade in credit on a nice new Miele vacuum. She was great!

Brought in my Singer Sewing machine, they told me they couldn't fix it, it was not repairable because they could not get the parts. I called the place in St Petersburg and not only did he stock the parts he had it fixed and working like new in less than a week. I will never take my sewing machine Tops again
