Worst U-Haul in History. Store is already giving sketchy vibes we went in and rented a truck out for a day . 02/03/24 overnight As we went to return the truck the next morning 02/04/24 9:40am the guy which happens to be the owner of the store states just drop off the keys your fine I’ll email you the receipt. I preceded to say no I’ll wait for the receipt as I like physical paper work. As doing so he then went to check on the truck to see mileage and tank . I had left my black crate and drill inside on the bottom middle console and didn’t notice I forgot it till I got home. When I get back to the place I check the truck from the parking lot prior to waiting in to see if I can see the crate . I notice it was gone so I went inside to as the same gentlemen I spoke to earlier and politely told him we were here earlier and happen to leave our crate with a drill in the truck. He gave us this weird look and feeling as tho he knew what had happen to it or was the one who took it base on his response and body language. He stated he doesn’t know and went on repeating you had a what and huh A drill why would I want that I have no need for that. Already stating as if we were accusing him or something which was not the case. But that’s guilty Conscience if you ask me.
Not even acknowledging the fact that we just was here and something that belong to us was just stolen. This place is crooked . Definitely reporting this incident This is the truck and place that I use.

Careful with this place unless the main guy is working. I bought a vape, tried it inside the store and it didn’t work but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe it just needed to charge up a bit. I step out to my car and plug it in, still doesn’t work. I haven’t even been gone 1 minute at this point, I go back inside, guy absolutely refuses to change it out. Says “we’re running a business here”. Lmao. I have no words. Not to mention I conducted business here with them over 10x. Disappointing to say the least.

Man i’ve been coming here for a long time (10 years +) and i’ve always kinda felt a bit more impartial about them but at this point, im just tired. recently every time i’ve gone to the store the doors are locked and nobody is in the store during working hours, everything is overpriced, and they also sell cheap knockoff vapes. I only continued to come back due to the store being down the street from my house and convenient but now I will just start going to a different store.

Great place to get stuff quick, but the new staff can be a bit rude, disrespectful, and have an uninterested unhelpful attitude. The old Indian guy before was nicer. The nee cashier is always chatting with a friend as if too uninterested take care of customers, he's job seems to be a burden
