Buyer beware. No refunds or exchanges on beach accessories. Even if you have the original receipt from 3 days ago. No refunds or exchanges on beach accessories. Even if you purchased the chair on Sunday, rain prevented using it on Monday and it broke on its first use on Tuesday. No refunds or exchanges on beach accessories. I understand no refunds, but no exchanges to replace a broken item so we can have one for the rest of our stay? Unacceptable! Do yourself a favor and purchase your beach chairs or other similar accessories at the Walmart Supercenter down the road.

This is a sorry excuse of a store. I've been going here for four years and I've never been treated like I was today. The people were very rude and would not exchange my shirts. He said read this and pointed to a note on the counter. I read it and nothing on there applied to my return. When I asked to exchange again all he said was no while chewing on his finger. I explained that none of that applied to my exchange. He then proceeds to have me get out my receipt and he points to the fine print and says no again. It's really not worth the headache. I know there better stores in Pensacola!

Clean and organized souvenir shop with a wide variety of items. The prices were a bit outrageous but maybe that’s to be expected in Pensacola. Still purchased some items.

Have been coming here over 20 years especially to bring visiting friends n family. Gone way downhill. Not worth the stop. Too many other great options on the beach for souvenirs

Horrible customer service. My 4 year old needed to use the restroom and their only bathroom doesn't have a toilet seat. When I asked for a bathroom for her to use they claimed that's the only one and refused to open the employee one with a seat. It was absolutely disgusting to be treated so awful. They also kept telling me to be patient and calm down while my potty training daughter was moments away from an accident. I highly do NOT recommend.

This is my favorite souvenir store at Pensacola Beach. There is always a sale going on. You can find clothes, home decor, swimming suits and gears, T-shirts (usually 2 for less than $20), dresses, towels, and much more. This is a must visit!

The ONLY reason I’m giving an okay review is because of the manager Mckell (probably spelled that wrong)
The other guy at the counter was trying to be helpful but he wanted to do it himself when I told him I had talked to the manager on the phone & he said to ask for him.

I probably won’t ever go back to any Alvin’s Islands, but the reason they got a somewhat good review was because of the helpful and caring manager. Everyone else I spoke to came across rude or like they didn’t care. Also, my daughter wanted a toy and they couldn’t sell it cause they couldn’t figure out a price, I had asked about it & we waited so long just to be told “I don’t know” lol. But the manager I spoke to a few days later was awesome! Give that man a raise.
