They provide excellent service. I purchased a baby lock aerial in November. The owner Susan spent over an hour with me showing me the special features on the machine. I took it home and finished several projects. I came back in December for an issue that was unforeseen and the service professional was able to get it in right away. I had the machine back in 3 hours. I couldn’t be more thankful to the staff who helped. All I can say is buy quality and buy local you will not regret it. Fabulous place!

Can't say enough how happy I am with the service here.

My machine runs perfectly again and I just purchased a new JUKI. Beverly was so helpful and answered all my questions. This was a return visit to purchase after going in several times to determine what machine I really needed and wanted for my purchase.

I wanted to look at sewing machines but I'm not ready to purchase one yet. Susan greeted my husband and me as soon as we walked in. I explained that I had no knowledge of machines and had no idea what I wanted yet. She took her time to show us several different types of sewing machines and explained the pros and cons of each one. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Understanding that not only did I not sew but that we weren't going to buy one today. When we left I told my husband that there was no need to go to any other sewing machine shops. That when I was ready to purchase one I would return to Derrel's to make my purchase. Not only because of the outstanding customer service but because of the ongoing services that they offer if you purchase from them.

I took my machine in because the bobbin thread was bunching up. Jamie plugged it in made a few adjustments and fixed it. He taught me a few things about my machine also. I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. Unbelievable, I will definitely give Jamie 5 stars in customer service!

Just purchased a embroidery/sewing machine here and their customer service is over the top! Nice family owned local business...SO friendly and helpful! Susan was the greatest today helping me get familiar with the machine (since they can't have classes right now) told me to call or come in anytime with questions, and James was very knowledgeable about the machines when we first went in to inquire a few days ago.
It was a VERY pleasant experience, the BEST!

Purchased a machine today from these folks. They were knowledgeable and patient with my questions. When one person couldn’t answer questions about a specific machine, another person came and helped me, so it was a good team effort and I’ve benefited from their shared knowledge.
