My experience with buying a motorcycle from WFAE was good. The bike was was in good shape for it's age. They asked a fair price for it. I had a hiccup back home with the DMV. The guys at WFAE mailed me the needed paperwork, signed and dated. I had me plate a couple of days later. I'd do business with them again.

My girlfriend's car got towed here. She went to go get her belongings out of it and was told she'd have to pay $90 to get her own property. These people are no better than thieves.

I wouldn't trust them regardless are what service they're offering. At best, they will nickle and dime you(no matter the legality). At worst, they'll actively steal from you.

Edit: Since they want to try to weasel out of it. I talked to these people on the phone yesterday. They confirmed they have the car.

If they want to try to blame the tow company, I would like to remind them that they own the tow company. I'll even include a screenshot of the business license that says they own it. Right from the escambia tax collectors office. All public record. Feel free to search it yourself.

There was guitar music and no one was available. Then a man with an accent said he only sells cars for cash. I should go down the street. I felt like I was too poor or maybe because I am a woman and the guitar was more important. Would not recommend

I recently purchased a vehicle from WF Auto Exchange, but weeks later it quit on me. mechanic said the catalytic converter was out & WF Auto Exchange refused to acknowledge it. 3400 fix on a 4000 car.
